“nice place”
Not a great neighborhood but a very nice, clean place with friendly staff, good breakfast buffet (included) and very comfortable room with accessible bathroom (my most important "feature" on this trip). most places that offer accessible bathroom offer only one bed, this hotel includes two queens. good shuttle service to surrounding hospitals.

“Clean and modern but odd location”
Got the best rate online with Expedia and prepaid. Get to breakfast early because they can run out. Breakfast consists of large variety of hot and cold foods - A+! Two computers are in lobby for free internet use plus another for printing boarding passes. Only problem is that people were sometimes waiting for computers and internet wasn't always working. My daughter loved the pool. It was small (long and narrow) and actually a very large spa with jets. Rooms are very clean and modern as is the entire hotel. Only complaint about rooms is that there are no towel bars. Found that strange and when I commented to the manager, he suggested hanging them over the door. Really? Loved the free shuttle, but it only goes three places and will not go to the airport even though it isn't that far. Cab is less than $20 to and from MIA airport. Overall, loved hotel and recommend it, but arriving at night, the location scared me. No problems though and good security with all doors and garage locked.

“Best hotel in Hospital District”
Great place to stay comfortable and affordable everytime I have to go to UM Jackson for a medical procedure at least 4 times a year sometimes up to 10 and I get a great nights sleep and they even offer free photocopying at the front desk. Only down side is the lack of food selection for dinner the continental breakfast is great.

the hotel was great, close to downtown, secure parking, nice rooms, plesant staff, good breakfast.

I had a very good experience staying at this Hotel. The staff was very helpful and pro-active. The transportation to the Cruise Port was important to our group. I would stay at this Hotel again if making Cruise connections. Thanks for your service.
