“Don't ask Stanley for tourism office informations”

Hotel very well situated near the ocean, very clean and confortable. Unfortunately Stanley at the front desk wasn't able to indicate us where was the Tourism office and despite him doing a search on internet he gave us wrong indication sending us completely in the wrong direction while the office was only a few blocks from the hotel. We had with us an 11 years old child and we had to walk more than 45minutes while it was very hot and humid outside and where if we were given the proper informations it should have take us not more than 10minutes. Also when we asked him informations about the hip hop bus for Miami tour , there again he kind of seems to have no idea of what we were talking about....while again everywhere in Miami you can see those buses...instead of that in tried to sell us another bus tour. Once we found the tourism office by ourselves, the hiphop bus stop was there all this not more than 10 minutes away from the hotel. Stanley is probably a nice person to talk with but is really not the right person to seat at the front desk to provide informations to the guests as even with internet help, he wasn't able to provide proper informations. A few places in the lobby of the hotel are there for breakfast for the guest,(not included in the price of the room) but you are like in the middle of the reception....we recommend outside the hotel, there is plenty of places for breakfast on the same street.
