“First timers, and surely returners!”

Came back from a cruise, and stayed an extra night in South Beach. Couldn't be happier for location and price. The beds were a little thought but not horrible. The staff was amanzangly friendly. Just blocks from the beach and many restaurants. We loved the old school Miami decor. They were more then happy to hold our luggage until check in time, and overnig valet parking was affordable. Will sure return here for my next SOBE Visit.

“Great Customer Service”

I really liked the staff. They were friendly and helpful. The location is good a little quieter than the busy Ocean or Collins but still close to everything. Loved IT!!

“Little Gem in SoBo”

Was there for a long weekend and was really happy with my choice. Friendly staff, no frills though fancy rooms, convenient location but still far away enough from the party noise. Will defo go back.

“Great bang for the buck.”

In fairness, the hotel was under construction so some of the internet pics didn't quite come through in person (plus, August is hurricane season). However, the staff was friendly, great housekeeping, the air conditioner kept the room nice and cool, and the in room refridgerator (thankfully not a mini-bar) kept us in supply of pre-gaming hydration;). The location was awesome, being 2 blocks from the beach and right on Washington Ave. The room was a great place to crash and we had a very pleasant stay.

“Really friendly staff and great location!”

I really appreciated my stay at the Royal South Beach! The room was clean and quiet, the bed was good, and i really want to emphasize the fact that the staff was fabulous! Really friendly, really efficient...to summarize in one word: perfect!!! Moreover, the hotel is located 2 blocks away from Ocean Drive where you could find all the restaurants, 2 blocks from the beach! Really nice place to stay!

“Great little hotel”

The Royal Hotel is a great little boutique hotel in South Beach, especially for the value. The rooms are clean with interesting decor and the location can't be beat. The staff is great there. Lily in particular is a charm - she's always very friendly and very helpful and responsive with any requests.

“Best hotel in south beach”

First, location was amazing .. U could reach anywhere on foot so easily. Secondly, it is a safe area.. Even 5 am at nite , you could stroll around easily People working in this hotel are ACE... Friendly, smiling, helpful Room I stayed is very Cosy, nice and always clean .. If I have to make complaint , only maybe the quality of showers could be better ... Rest , everything was perfect.. Especially Lilly ..u re star with your boss ..
