Summary:
LOCATION: The Edgewater Bungalows by Roami are just a 5-10 minute drive from South Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and have several bars and restaurants within a short walk.

The Space:
Edgewater Bungalows are in the middle of the city, yet feel a world away. These side-by-side homes share a large backyard that’s perfect for yard games, and allow you to find tranquility in the Miami hustle and bustle.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 16 guests in 8 beds and 2 air mattresses. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. There is also a covered dining table for 12 in the backyard.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The backyard features a large 20'x10' pool (5' deep), hot tub, a propane BBQ, and more.

PARKING: There is free parking in the drive way for 2 cars and a metered street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis ($4-5 per hour).

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 2 queen-sized air mattresses, 16 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 3,050 square feet.

Wonderful stay!
Really enjoyed everything about this place. It was perfect for a friends reunion and we had everything we need. Wonderful location and we were close to all of the places we wanted to go.

The TVs did not work, the area was not great and the pool deck was unsafe. The house keeper came an hour before check out and rushed up out of the property. House needs updated!

Great for a group in miami
Enjoyed the stay. We had 10 ppl and were in there comfortably. Location was a very easy quick ride to all the downtown/south beach go to’s. Great value for the price. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay
This was a great place for our group to stay! Plenty of room and the place was clean. The outdoor table and yard was perfect for a bigger hang out. There were not enough beach towels for everyone and the hot tub was a little dirty, but besides that everything was excellent. The hosts were quick to respond to any requests. The location is a 5 min Lyft to all the great places in Wynwood and there’s a small market across the street with some snacks and drinks. Would recommend this as a great place to stay with a group!

Sextant Stay
My family shared two homes. One of the properties was not very good. The washer and dryer was in garage and there is no lighting so we had to use the flashlight on our phones in order to see in that space. There also was not an air mattress as stated on wall. No dishwasher, dish rags or towels. There was a mouse in the house and it took hours before anyone came to set any traps. The freezer was dripping into the fridge and we were told they would be back the next day. No one ever came back. When the couch was move a little due to dropping something, there was a lot of trash and dust under it so it was not cleaned well. Toilet seat was broken. Not enough bath towels for a place that sleeps eight. And the last issue for that property, there bugs on the dining table constantly, even if nothing was on the table. The other property has a bed, first room on the right, where it was so uncomfortable that any one that slept on it woke up in pain. That property also did not have enough towels. We will not be going back to that location.

Great time with a large group!
We had a larger group and this set up was perfect. The houses are very cute and in a convenient location. Having the backyard area was a great plus. We enjoyed our stay very much! Sextant Stays was great to work with and very responsive and helpful throughout the process and changes due to COVID.

This property is grossly overpriced and the photos are extremely misleading. The property is not clean, there’s a nauseating smell throughout, and there’s mold on the baseboards. This listing should be removed.

Cute place, lots of noise
These bungalows were the perfect size for our group of 7 and were wonderfully decorated. The location was central to lots of attractions, restaurants and shops. The management company was exceptional at communicating with us. The check-in process was a breeze. This is a perfect rental for a group who really want to experience Miami. Coming for a small town in the midwest, we were a bit overwhelmed by all the sights, sounds and smells of a busy city. The houses are in the flight path of the Miami airport and are surrounded by high rises and parking garages. We had this info when we rented as we looked it up on Google maps. We just underestimated the amount of noise these two things would create. We had some trouble with the pool ladder. We also had issues with the level of moisture in the 2 bedroom unit as it made the house smell of mildew. When we reported these two issues, the management company was responsive and dispatched someone right away. They offered an acceptable solution for the pool ladder, but not much could be done about the smell in the 2 bedroom unit. Overall, these are very nice units and the management company is fantastic, but renters need to be prepared for big city living before renting.
