The location of the Richmond Hotel is perfect. Close enough to South Beach high life, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Beach is amazing. Pool area is picture perfect - paradise! The hotel staff are extremely accommodating and friendly - they provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.Gus and dining staff are wonderful, and breakfasts and lunches are delicious and reasonable. Thanks to all for taking such good care of us! Rooms are clean and small with tiny bathrooms that need an additional shelf or two. Will definitely return!!!

“Wish we could have stayed longer”

The room was great. We arrived about an hour early and our room was ready so we were able to check in right away. Housekeeping came everyday between 12pm-3pm. We always got new towels/sheets changed and the bathroom was very clean. Not many people the time we went so the pool wasn't crowded at all. Nice, clean, decent sized heated pool and jacuzzi. Good because the ocean was too cold to go into. Hotel was quiet at night. Staff was helpful. The 5 days went by too quickly.

“Awsome beachfront backyard! It just glows at night!”

Soon as we got there I asked the manager about parking, it is Valet ($35/ night), but hey will take your car for you at a mention of it.....or retrieve your car in literelly like 5 minutes and have it waiting in the front! The Hotel manager helped us with a book of take-out menu's and even let us take it to our room to look at it when we wanted Chinese food. And getting to the beach is as easy as walking around the backyard pool, down a glowing green wavy water concrete art and through the gate! Now that I'm back home I miss the Richmond Hotel!

“Great location right on the beach--I would go back when in Miami Beach.”

The location of the Richmond was fantastic. The beach is conveniently in the back yard just beyond the pool and heated whirlpool. I was there for a convention, so it was within walking distance of the convention center and all the other eating establishments and shops too. The room was clean. I could hear people talking in the hall as if they were right in my room, but I am a good sleeper and just went back to sleep.

“Great location on Miami Beach”

Stayed at the Richmond from a Friday until a Monday. The location is excellent. We enjoyed walking to Lincoln Rd. pedestrian mall. The Cafeteria restaurant has an excellent variety of dishes at reasonable prices. We parked our car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. The pool is beautiful with direct access to the beach. Our room was clean and the decor was nice. A fresh coat of paint would give a crisper appearance.All the staff was very helpful and polite.I would stay there again.

“Nice Staffs”

Staffs that work in this hotel are very helpful and friendly. I love my room with great swimming pool view. Room is very modern and clean. The Food is good too.. I had a salad by the pool was great. Also Jacussi was nice. It also has a nice room to work out that is great for me. This is my 5th hotel that have being staying in South Beach so far this met good customer service standard.

“EXTREMLY IMPRESSED”

Richmond is centrally located in South Beach, whether you are there to party, cruise, or enjoy the beach. It is probably, in my eyes one of the safest and quietest hotels in SOBE. Beach, shopping, and restaurents all conveniently located within walking distance. Not to mention the staff members are friendly, welcoming, and accomodating.
