“Know what you are getting into first”
This hotel is very out dated, the staff is lackluster, and the rooms are noisy. If you are looking for a place to stay on a nice relaxing family vacation this is not the place for you. If you want to go to South Beach and plan on staying out until 5 or 6 in the morning sleeping til noon then doing it all over again this is the place for you. I would highly recomend it to spring breakers or anyone just looking to party while in Miami. The best feature of this hotel is by far its location. You can walk to the beach, clubs, shopping and restaurants.

The location is is a very good spot if you want to be near all of the action. Its no 5 star hotel,but the rates are well worth it.

This hotel was fine for the price. It was clean and convenient, and close to the beach. Just don't expect any luxuries.
“Great price and close to everything”
Parisian hotel was confortable and basic, close to shopping on Lincoln rd and just a couple of blocks away from the beach.
“Budget-oriented”
I have chosen South Beach hotels on basis of lowest cost before, and I recognize that the furniture and features are old and non-luxury. After the partying I did, the quality of the bed did not matter. Maid service was excellent.. Cute young desk clerk at check in. Clerk at check-out 5 days later would not win any fashion or grooming awards, downright nasty!
“not that good but ok if ya have to stay sumwhere”
the hotel looks very cheap, staff isnt always polite , the room was ok, bathroom kind of dirty but the location is perfect
“Nice Staff”
This was an average hotel; nothing fancy. However, the front desk staff were more than accomodating for any request and this hotel is located right in the middle of everything. 1 block from the beach, very close to restaurants and shopping, etc.

good enough if u are not expecting to spend your time in your room. one setback is the male employee (weird looking) who thinks he's in charge of the hallways.
“Good Location”
Well what can I say. The hotel is right in the middle of everything. I went during memorial day weekend and it was extremely busy. The front desk was friendly. The room was somewhat old but it was clean. The maid was nice and cleaned our room daily. You can walk to the beach and to nearby shopping. If you are used to 5 star hotels, this is not what you want. But if you are looking for somewhere to sleep and shower this is the place!
