“Great surprise”

Having stayed in another 5 star hotel in South Beach just a weekend before, i can say that I much prefer the Regent. The room was excellent with fantastic decor and tech, the concierge was very attentius and has greta tips, the hotel was calmer (two rooms per floor) and the beach in front much nicer -- and near the nice Bal Harbour Shops. Highly recommend it!

“Exceeded our expectations”

My husband and I just returned from a three night stay at the Regent. I booked both our flight from Michigan and the hotel on Expedia. I discovered a phenomenal summer rate and upgraded to an ocean view. I am thrilled to say that the Regent far exceeded our expectations. Ranked as a five star hotel, we found it to be that and much more.From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the personal service and the attentiveness of each staff member we encountered. We were escorted to our elevator and to the third floor. We stepped into a semi private entry way and entered an impressive foyer. The suite decor is simply stunning.The kitchen has state of the art appilances, two wraparound outdoor patios as well as other ammenities creating a luxurious environment that is a perfect vacation spot. Seated by the pool, we could gaze at the bay and ocean and had easy access to the beach by walking thru a side gate by the pool area. Unlike South Beach, this beach area was fairly deserted with the exception of people fishing on a nearby pier. My husband and I LOVED our stay at the fabulous Regent and wish we could have stayed an entire week. We plan on returning next year!

Looking for a world class property? You don't have to go far if you live in Florida. The Regent Bal Harbour is everything you could want in a luxury property. Great facility and service, and the convenience of being minutes away from shopping and entertainment. The beach is great, and the Manatees swimming a few feet off shore put our experice at this property over the top. Can't wait to go back.

“excellent stay for couples”

everything is what was i imagined. the bathroom was great! its the best bathroom ever. there's a foyer, kitchen and a living room. two balcony one at the living room with the view of Atlantic ocean and the city of Miami and the other one is at bedroom. it feels like your own unit.

“Quality and Class”

As you drive up and see several exotic cars lined along the circular driveway, you get the impression the hotel is going to be special. It didn't disappoint, especially since my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We liked the semi-private elevator to our floor as well as having only two rooms on the floor (a nice touch for privacy and less noise). The room was very comfortable and the bathroom set up was great! Love the sound system and the tv in the mirror. The staff was just as impressive, always availabe and very professional. They greeted us by name thoughout our entire stay. This was our first booking a Regent Hotel and it will remain on our list of fine places to stay.

One Bal Harbour exceeded any expectation I had when I booked. Absolutely the best bathroom - amazing shower - I have ever used so far!!!!

My boyfriend and i opted to stay here because of the great rooms, views, and the bathrooms! stayed in their studio and it was magnificent! The service was great and everyone was very friendly. Though the beach is public they offer chairs and umbrellas setting them up for you. All in all, the hotel was great! I would definitely go back.

one of the best hotels so far//great service, great rooms, great utilities/ gym, pool, spa and everything. I would go back, very satesfied with my stay/I would recomend the anyone who's looking for nice quiet moments on their vacation.
