One of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in and I usually stay at the Ritz or Mandarin. The only disappointing feature of the hotel is the pool area. The pool area was about at a 3 star level however the beach was 5 star so we didn't care!!

Good hotel to stay but lots of building works going on. Didn't bother us but maybe troublesome? Staff very helpful and room lovely overlooking pool. We didn't have long enough to enjoy all the facilities but would recommend it for families.

Great facility and awesome staff. Concierge went out of his way to make our trip great. My wife lost a cap on the first night and the Concierge called a local dentist/friend who immediately took my wife in for treatment at a very reasonable price. The dentist even called us later in the evening to follow up.

Ines at the front desk was helpful in recommending food places as well as how to get around in Miami. Was prompt with request made and overall great experience. Only partially negative thing is night staff they guy at the counter did not answer the phone he was on his personal phone talking for all 3 nights I resided at the hotel. We became lost getting back and no one answered when I arrived back at the hotel with the phone still ringing in my ear he was sitting in the coffee section on his "personal" phone while the hotel phone was ringing off the hook. Minor but very rude to happen with the same night attendant 2 nights in a row.

Just returned from an amazing 3 nights. October is considered off season, so the lobby and bar areas where not crowded, actually practically empty on Thursday night. It livened up a little bit on Friday and Saturday. The lowes by contrast was a hustle and bustle on Saturday morning when we walked in to check things out. But let's face it, you come to the Ritz for service, pampering and peace. And they cannot be beat! Everything was just perfect, as expected. Location was the best in south beach, as you are on Lincoln Road.
