As a family of 6, when I book hotels I look at the amenities. I knew we needed access to a washer/dryer. Both washers were broken. Which was a major inconvenience because we were leaving for a cruise. I have stayed at other hotels that make arrangements for guest to use neighboring hotels laundry facilities.

We had a great stay at the Marriott! It was convenient located in an area to see all the Miami sites (Miami Design District, Wynwood Walls, Bayside, and others). The pool at the hotel was nice as well, slightly smaller then expected. The gym was really nice, spacious and clean. The lobby (and rest rooms) was really nice as well for a change on scenery from the room. The room with balcony overlooked the city & part of the bay. We were a little confused with the daily $35 for the food/beverage, the concierge initially told us it could be used for the Pool table & fitness classes. We ended up using it only for food. The room & balcony was nice, it over looked the city & bay. The construction on site was loud, but manageable with doors closed.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! We picked this hotel because of it's proximity to the cruise port and I'm So glad we did! Lilly was a dream! We came in earlier than check in and only expected to be able to leave our bags. Lilly, however, took the extra care to get us settled in and checked in early, giving us plenty of time to eat at the restaurant and explore the city. The room was lovely and very clean. Our only issue was the extremely long wait for maintenance to address a clogged shower drain, but everything else was fantastic and we will definitely come back!

This property was perfectly located for us as we had tickets to performances at the Adrienne Arsht Center. It is also connected to The Grand shopping Mall. We had wonderful meals at The Gold Coast in the hotel and Primo’s Italian Kitchen in The Grand. Our room had a spectacular view of Biscayne Bay. Overall we had a wonderful experience during this stay in Miami.

Not the hotel it was Expedite service did have the hotel reservation properly put in their system couldbt find a number on line I did a chat with Joy and she said she called the hotel and no one answered twice I was at the front desk with the lady she was waiting by the phone no call. She finally after an hour gave us the customer service finally I spoke to another person from Expedia and another person meanwhile the front desk worked on my case and was able to get me a room as if I was a walk in. My husband and I was in the lobby for an hour and a half while my other sibling had they hotel room waiting on us. I was erked!!!! I can't with Expedia

For this kind of money, we were terribly disappointed with our room. The room itself was fine, clean etc. After we dropped our bags and got settled we went to the hotel restaurant to eat. Food was ok, but way too expensive. $10 for an order of fries! When we went back to our room , there was a loud , constant buzzing noise. It continued all night and we couldn’t sleep well. We determined that it was some piece of equipment in a mechanical room right next to our room. I told the front desk at check out, but they did not offer a refund or any other solution. We paid over $400 for one night. I like Hampton Inn more and more! Not worth it…but needed to be close to port if Miami for cruise!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I stayed there because I had a cruise the next morning. Convenient, clean, upscale. Had a great atmosphere. The restaurant on site is fantastic. Wonderful patio outback. I will be booking a stay here for this November as well.
