“Nice Alternative for those Low-Key Travelers who want to stay at the beach”

Nice amenities, great gym, helpful staff and small yet well kept room. I'd stay at Marenas if I have to fly again to Miami / Ft. Lauderdale

“Very nice hotel in nice area”

Overall I was impressed with the service. They greeted us with smiles all the time and would ask us if we needed help with anything. Its probably not the best hotel in the area but I think its very nice. The service alone was worth the stay. Make sure you rent a car to enjoy the surrounding areas.

The hotel was beautiful. The accomadations are great. The rooms are super clean. The restaurant service is under staffed and slow. Our food was great though. The parking charges are expensive.

The hotel was refurbished recently. Appereance is good and service kind enough (however, it is not 100% efficient). Rates in Expedia were great.

Un resort de superbe qualité . Appartement suite de deux chambres , bien pour la famille . Cuisine pas assez bien équipée , mais on se débrouille . Attention , valet coûte 25 dollars par nuit . Plage au pied , a recommande . A 3/4 d heure de Miami beach .

“Great and Comfy hotel”

I called for ice and the restaurant advised me to come and get it myself I wasn't allowed to do an early check in no rooms were available. But i would definately stay here again the only thing is that its kinda far from downtown Miami.

“Best hotel in Sunny Isles”

Although the hotel is not located in Miami, its located in Sunny Isles Beach, north of Miami, we had a little pool, private beach with chairs, covers, towels and umbrella ( charged per room per night) mandatory. but is so worth it, the beach is family enviroment or for someone who looks for peace. The staff are very friendly all the time. Parking cost is not free. but the car is safe all the time. The area is quite, with supermarket, pharmacy and fast food close. I would recommend. Does not include breakfast.

“Luxurious Stay - Hidden fees”

Loved the hotel, didn't like the hidden fees we found out about at Check-In. Paid a pretty penny for one night, only to be charged other fees on top of that.
