“Its an amazing hotel !!!”
I really like the hotel was my second stay there was continue very clean new and the staff are amazing !!!
“Outstanding”
Outstanding hotel. Everything was great. Wonderful views of downtown and Biscayne Bay. Great Mandarin Oriental service. The hotel is in great condition. Nice pool, good restaurants. Location is great for getting around Miami. No need to rent a car if you are staying only a few days. Most things are a $20-30 cab ride away, including south beach.
“Wonderful trip”
Awesome trip. The hotel staff was great. The spa was a fabulous experience. Got a man/pedi that lasted almost two weeks without any chips.

“Very clean and quite”
Quite hotel. Very clean. Not very upscale.
“Would definitely go back”
The Mandarin Oriental was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Not to mention the world class service. They made my stay fantastic.
“Nice Place!!”
I recommend the Hotel, food and drinks were on the expensive side like the rest of Miami, but the staff was excellent, friendly and very attentive to your needs and wants.
“Excellent hotel”
The service at this hotel was excellent. Staff was always ready to accomadate any need and answer any questions. We had a girls afternoon at the spa which was costly but worth indulging in if you are really on vacation. The food was also really good with nice presentation to add. It is located in a nice and secluded area but no beach, though the pool area is kept clean and serves food and drinks.
“Excellent hotel”
excellent hotel and service.
“Relaxing hotel”
The Mandarin Oriental was very nice. Apon arrival the valet and door man approached us immediately to carry our bags and open our doors. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and their private little beach the most. This hotel is for people who loves to exercise. They have a small gym of their own but they also have a trail for people who like to run. Con: Parking was expensive though. Only valet parking was available, its about $33 per day.
