“Totally impressed--loved the customer service!”

We went there for the Canada Day/Independence Day long weekend (June 30-July 3). Prior to check in, I had called the hotel to advise that my husband and I are coming to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, they advised that they were going to put it on file and if there was any available rooms, they would upgrade us. We arrived to our hotel and the people at the front were very courteous and helpful. We checked-in and were able to get a room immediately, they also UPGRADED us to the 17th floor closest to the suites. The room was absolutely gorgeous and the view was awesome (if only the weather cooperated with us) The following day, my husband and I went for a walk and upon return to our hotel, there were two chilled champagne bottles and strawberries with personalized notes from the food & beverage and housekeeping managers wishing us a happy anniversary. That was totally a pleasant surprise and we totally didn't expect it. It definitely made our weekend extra special and we'd definitely consider always staying at Loews hotel for our future vacation accommodations. :)

Stayed at many hotels in Miami but the loews was outstanding and made us feel safe and like royalty never again would stay anywhere else but loews. Thank you staff!!!

“Best place in South Beach”

Girls' weekend at the Loew's - best time! Location is perfect - next to Lincoln Ave. The pool is fantastic. Hotel is super clean - beds are super comfy. All staff - in all departments - are friendly, polite and willing to help with anything. The side porch with the couches and chairs are great for just lounging, reading - or having a quiet drink. This is our third year at the Loew's after trying other hotels - and is by far our favorite - we don't even consider anyplace else.

i have always been told that loews is a great spot to stay with children, it was! we have two boys under five. they are not ready for the major kid pools with slides and all those bells and whistles... either are we. loews was accommodating for the kids ,but not taking away from our semi peacefulness requirements as well. the hotel is beautiful, the staff is young and friendly and it is apparent that customer service is important to them. it definitely exceeded my expectations!

This is a 4.5 - 5 star hotel! Was very happy with the hotel: very clean, luxurious on every level, friendly and attentive staff. If I go back to South Beach Miami, I would stay at this hotel again and definitely recommend it to everyone. The drinks and food were very good, but expensive inside the hotel. Be aware that 18-20% gratuity will be included to everything on your receipts. If you like to eat somewhere cheaper, there are tons of great restaurants, bars, mini shops, bakeries everywhere - all within walking distance. Great pool, 2 hot tubs (all open 24/7). Hotel is right on the beach. Great location, close to all restaurants, bars, shops, clubs and night life.

Great location on the beach and very nice hotel and pool service. There is a nice local mall, the only downside is that every road seemed to be under construction at the time of my visit. Clearly this wasn't the fault of the hotel where my experience was excellent.

“My favorite SOBE hotel!”

Without a doubt, this is the best place to stay in Southbeach. One short block from Ocean Drive and two from Lincoln Mall. The pool area is wonderful, with attentive service and unmatched beauty. Pricing is steep, but that is true of all of the area, and at least here, you get what you have paid for.

“The Loews continues to impress”

my husband and I have stayed at the Loews many times over the years and continue to be impressed with how excellent the service is. From the pool staff to the valet parking guys, everyone just wants to make sure you are well attended to. We were upgraded to an ocean view room this time, which was a fantastic, unexpected treat!! My only complaint is the charge for chairs at the beach-these should be complimentary to hotel guests; it is not a big expense but this high end hotel, which pays attention to every detail, should not overlook what a nuisance this is.

“Unpretentious Luxury”

Stayed here for my 25th birthday. Amazzzeee hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Checked us in (and upgraded our rm) at 11am w/out question. Highly recommend, and will be my new home away from home in SOBE every time!!!
