“Excellent choice”
It´s what I expected
“Excellent”
It is a Luxury building rental not a hotel, so it is like renting a apartment. Beautiful in every way. We had a gorgeous view of the canals and lots of sunshine. It felt like home. You don't get the apartment cleaned everyday but you do have washer and dryer (not coin operated) so you can do it yourself. All appliances are new, and they have plates, wine glasses, silverware and cups for your use. The pool is fantastic, and a small gym next to it. We loved it!!

“Good bang for your buck!”
We actually wanted to stay in the South Beach area, but because the prices were so high for the long weekend, we chose to stay here. It was about 20 minutes from south beach and had a nice beach in front of it if you wanted to stay local. The good part was that there were no additional fees for parking. The only fee was a $25 fee for additional towels and turnover, if you needed them. The room came with 3 towels, so we were able to manage. The room was also equipt with a full kitchen and laundry unit, which was awesome since we were able to dry off our towels and suits from going to the beach. Also, the bed was very comfortable, way better than any hotel in this star range. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Overall it was a decent place to stay with all the facilities. However not so happy with the customer service as we forget the camera on checkout somewhere in the room or valet lobby but could not get a trace of it ever after calling them many times.

“Could Have Been Better....”
The set-up of how this hotel works as far as check-in, parking, etc. is very unclear. Elite Cities owns apartments within a residential condo complex. Thus, making it difficult to differentiate what is Elite Cities and what is regular condo. Since, this is a residential area there is no resort feeling. Very disappointed in this as I thought it was more resort and less residential. For a family, the resort activities are a bonus. The apartment was supplied with kitchen utilities but very limited. There is no weekly, mid-stay cleaning. Would be nice! Plus, if you need extra supplies, toilet paper, soap, etc. you must go over to the Elite Cities office and get it. The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. There was other people's hair all over the bathrooms. Plus, the walk way out of the garage always smelled of urine. One day there was an used "rubber" laying in the middle of the walk way which I almost stepped on. However, the next time I walked that way it was picked up...speedy clean-up at least. Pool area is superb! The staff was friendly and willing to help when you went to the office. If you didn't contact them, however, they never checked-up to see if all was okay in the room. If you want many activities with-in close walking distance then I would not recommend this area. Hollywood Beach area is better. Having three bedrooms was nice as it allowed for a larger group to stay together, but next time I will look for a resort that offers a lock-out option.
“Great stay”
It was a great experience. Only two important things to complain: 1) the air condition make too much noise, so I did not use it at night. 2) there were little ants in the kitchen. 3) The carpet was dirty. After a while walking on it, you get your feet blacks The hotel have great view, easy acces and i is 3block to the beach. I would came again.
