Adjacent to Casa Casuarina—where Gianni Versace once welcomed the fashion set—Hotel Victor is located in the historic Art Deco area of Miami Beach, a block from the Atlantic Ocean.
Hotel Victor's lobby features a large jellyfish tank and lounges on two levels. An exterior courtyard and large terraces extend the hotel's public spaces to the balmy outdoors. Hotel amenities include Vix Restaurant, featuring dishes from the the Mediterranean, Middle East, Latin America, and Asia; counter dining and an exhibition kitchen; and outdoor garden seating. Vue Terrace offers alfresco dining on the second level overlooking Ocean Drive and the Atlantic Ocean.
Amenities include an infinity pool overlooking Ocean Drive; and a 6,000-square-foot, sub-sea level spa and fitness center. The hotel also offers a VIP lounge, room service, a gift shop, beauty services, dry cleaning, turndown service, and valet parking (surcharge). Beach towels are also provided.

The eight-story Hotel Victor has 88 guestrooms, all with pool and ocean views. Amenities include flat-panel TVs, DVD/CD players, wireless Internet access, and cordless phones. Minibars, in-room safes, and individual climate control are available. Bathrooms have designer toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, bidets, and hairdryers.
Dining
Vix Restaurant - Live jellyfish float in a large tank at the entrance to this international restaurant. Cuisine includes specialties from the Mediterranean, Asia, Middle East, and Latin America. Full bar. Indoor and outdoor dining. Open for dinner.
Vue Terrace - Located on the second-floor outdoor patio with views of Ocean Drive and the beach. Serves tapas. Open from early morning until late evening.
Passage Bar & Lounge - Breakfast is served each morning, and lunch favorites include hamburgers, soups, salads, and sandwiches. Cocktails, beer, and wine are offered from late morning until late evening.
V Bar - A stylish lobby-level lounge with a glowing fiber-optic bar. Cocktails, beer, and wine are served. Open weekends seasonally.
Room service is available 24 hours a day.
Recreation
Hotel Victor's outdoor infinity pool overlooks Ocean Drive. The V Spa offers a co-ed, traditional Turkish Hammam bath, as well as a range of spa services (surcharge). Stationary bikes, treadmills, stair machines, and flat-screen TVs are available in the fitness center. Yoga is taught weekends on the beach (surcharge).
Across from the hotel, Lummus Park has a white-sand public beach, volleyball courts, a bike path, and a playground. Water-sports equipment rentals such as jet skis and parasails are available along the beach.
Flamingo Park, a half-mile away, is a public park with a water playground for children, tennis and basketball courts, and baseball and soccer fields.
Two miles from the hotel, the historic Miami Beach Golf Club has an 18-hole course, driving range, and pro shop.

“South Beach Cool”
This place is as nice as any in South Beach (perhaps not as "fancy" as some, but every bit as clean, comfortable and chic), and was considerably less expensive than most. South Beach is it's own area, so it's not convenient to get to the rest of Miami, but if you want to be in South Beach this is a great choice. Super helpful staff, too.
“Style and Substance”
Very hip and stylish room. We had the separate shower room and tub--very nice rain shower and tub with ample room for two. Small balcony overlooking pool and ocean view was a nice bonus. Only thing if I was to change in room was to have the tv a bit larger--it's a flat screen but only about 20 inches max. But who is in South Beach to watch TV anyways. Fitness center small but very adequate with dumbbells up to 150lbs so u can do anything you need and don't need to go outside hotel for serious weight workout.
“Beautiful ocean view room that is more like a suite”
The room rates are usually very high at the Victor. But if you can catch a special deal, as we did on Expedia, it's really worth the indulgence. The ocean view rooms are more like a suite with a large soaking tub in the middle of the bathroom and a shower room that you can play baseball in. The pool staff was excellent, bringing drinks and lunch just when we needed them. I'll definitely go back, but only if I find another special low rate.

“Great South Beach location”
Hotel VIctor is a boutique hotel in the heart of South Beach. It is directly across the street from South Beach itself. The hotel has a lovely pool area upstairs overlooking the beach. This is a great place to relax and observe life passing by. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for: a reasonably priced hotel in the midst of South Beach with nice amenities. I would describe this as a 3+ star hotel.
“Best Hotel on Ocean Drive”
I've stayed at several other hotels in S. Beach, and by far this one is the Best. Location was perfect. My room had the perfect view. What can I say, everything was perfect. Staff were very friendly and pretty much, your wish was their command. Lastly, being somewhat of a gymrat, I have stayed in plenty hotels who claim they have a fitness center. Hotel Victor has a great fitness center. I was able to do a full workout everyday and cover all body parts with their nautilus equipment.

“Hot, Hot, Hot!”
From the time I stepped out of the cab the staff was ready to assist me in any and everything I needed. They were friendly and not snooty. I stayed in the Crown Victor room (mid-level accomodations). The room was very, very sexy. Huge bathtub but I imagine it would take forever to fill. The balcony was not of much use. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The bartenders were very helpful and willing to trade out any drink if it was not satisfactory. The hotel is, of course, in a fantastic location. I enjoyed sitting outside watching people go by. I also spent time in the spa and had an incredible massage and facial.
“Best hotel on South Beach”
This hotel is even more beautiful than the pictures online. The location could not be any more perfect (right next to Versace mansion). Right in the middle of all the action. The concierge and entire staff was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world and this is now one of my very favorites.
