“Defining personal service”

I had left a sweater on our outbound stay, and a week later, on our way back home, I thought I might check to see if someone had turned it in. Sure enough, it had been wrapped in a plastic bag with my room number on it. Thanks to Pamela, Carl and Carol.

“Clean, and friendly!”

My partner/wife and I just spent almost a week at the hotel and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were very comfortable, staff extremely friendly and helpful with all questions and requests. They even went out of their way and got a little B-day cake and delivered it to our room while we were out, so my partner/wife would be surprised. The daytime and afternoon desk staff were excellent. The breakfast staff work very hard and kept everything well stocked, cleaned and were always smiling. A special thanks each and every staff member working from Feb 16th - Feb 21st, 2012. We found this to be a great central location to many places. We went on several days trips in all directions and always knew we would be comfortable going back home to the suite. We will definitely return to this location next year!

“Presque que du bon!!!”

Très bon rapport qualité prix: un appartement pour le prix d'un hotel dans la zone. Seuls bémols, les parkings (gratuit très rare) sont assez loin de l'entrée en cas de pluie!! et les ustensiles de cuisine sont très pauvres: pas de saladier, ni de passoire pour des pates. Seulement valable pour 1 ou 2 personnes maxi. Le reste WIFI gratuite et haute vitesse garantie. Aussi très rare dans la zone. Très bien placé pour s'échapper où on veut et un Publix à 3minutes!!!! Ce sera mon adresse à Miami lors de mes prochains séjours.

“Free dinner”

What a pleasant surpise to not only receive breakfast, but a full dinner as well. I enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the fish and turtles scurry for food scraps given to them by guests.

“Great Family Hotel @ Miami Airport”

The only real thing we found wrong with our 2 bedroom suite, was that the 2nd bedroom had temperature issues. (Too hot) It's great for 2 families (one with small child) or one large family. (2 king beds + hide-a-bed)

“Beautiful hotel, great location!”

This hotel was very nice - beautiful inside, large rooms, good service. The quality of food at the breakfast buffet was good, not great, but good.

“A wonderful home while we were stranded in Miami due to the Iceland Volcano!”

When we were told at the airport that our flight was cancelled and our next flight home would be 10days away we were devestated! After staying in a not-very-nice hotel on the first night we were SO grateful to find the Homewood Suites - it was like living in a little flat! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaners seemed to be cleaning all day and everywhere was spotless. Hot breakfast every day and Monday to Thursday they also do a complimentary dinner! This isn't somewhere you would stay for a holiday but great for being near the airport. Publix Supermarket, McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's and a few local restaurants all in walking distance.
