“Good Hotel”

This is a great location. You are right on US1 which takes to to the beach, you are near dadeland mall, and many local places to visit. There are many restaurants nearby.

“University of Miami Parent”

Once we got past the problem with check-in (I finally had to demand that they give me a room that had been allocated for someone else who had not yet checked in), all was fine. For my inconvenience, I was given free breakfast passes for 1 day for all three of us. The hotel is older, but very well kept up. The lobby/bar/restaurant/pool is lovely. I will definitely stay there again.

“Would recommend to anyone.”

The staff were very welcoming.We arrived before the stated check-in and one room was ready but not the other.The staff were apologetic but we were early. The only adverse comment,which we mentioned,was that the corridor carpets needed cleaning.This in no way detracted from our "satisfied stay". Pool area very good,restaurant food good.

“Fantastic Would definitely come back here”

Wonderful management, fast check in, fantastic explaining directions, recommending places. Make sure that you walk around MIami univ which is literally right across the street. Fantastic night life nearby. Reminds people of hte old college scene but upscale. Make sure that when you visit MIami you visit at least one Tapas place which serves authentic Spanish food.

“Good coffee”

Holiday Inn University in Coral Gables is a very nice hotel. Although the room itself was unremarkable, the pool was lovely. There is a nice work out room and the free coffee every day was very good compared to most hotel free coffee. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

“Convenient, clean, courteous”

I was moving my daughter into U Miami and chose this hotel since it is right opposite the entrance. It turned out to be a very good experience too - the staff were very helpful & friendly at all times, the room was clean & quiet despite the fact that the hotel was fairly full. Overall, I enjoyed my stay & will be opting for this hotel again the next time we come to visit our daughter at U Miami.
