Didn’t appreciate that they gave me hot water without securing the lid and the front counter desk attendant offered to give us recommendations but when we came back to ask he then told us to ask the concierge.

Great staff. Nice central location. Our room overlooked the bay and city - had wonderful views each day. The property seems to be recently updated. Clean. Nice pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking service, not really a necessity, drivers expect tips, which is ridiculous when you in and out couple of times a day.

The property was beautiful and well maintained, I was kinda disappointed that the pool was not open as we brought a child and he wanted to swim.

I felt the staff were great - from front desk, bell hop to the cleaning ladies. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Our room could have done with its carpets being updated but the rest of the room was good. Very busy hotel given proximity to the Port of Miami yet this is what makes it convenient for cruise travellers. I would stay at the Hilton Miami again.

Hotel was very clean. Bar was on point. Pool was broken, which we did not find out about until we arrived, and had been broken for several days. Dining prices were high and your choices were not that many. $71 for breakfast? Staff was hit or miss. Note: Hotel did issue us a $50 dining card for the pool inconvenience only after we found out several other guests were offered and received the same during their check in. We did have to ask for it.

The pool was closed, the carpet in the room and bathroom floors were dirty, in general, the cleanliness was not up to Hilton standards. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Dinning options were above average.

The hotel is in a clean area with many places to walk to. The view is exceptional. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not like the fact that EXPEDIA did not send over the check in info and the hotel couldn’t find our reservations. It was a long frustrating process. I won’t be booking through Expedia anymore.

The only real issue we had was the elevators where slow, and had a few that didnt work during our visit, there was no way to take stairs so at times we waited 15 minutes for an elevator. Staff was good and took care of our needs. Room was clean and comfy
