We had a very nice stay overall, the cleanliness and comfortability of the room was great! However, we stayed in an accessible room and we were slightly disappointed by the overall accessibility. Firstly, there was a large lip on the floor to exit to the balcony that was not wheelchair accessible. Secondly, the shower was slightly inconvenient, as it spread water everywhere. Lastly, our fridge did not work and we never received service to fix it.

I really liked this property. Clean, perfect location and a lot of activities on the property. Restaurant was also good but pricey. Two pools and hot tub but one was closed they also had beach access!

Beach access is great! However, only valet parking is available ($50 per day!) and the hotel hallways, elevators and rooms show a lot of wear. The lobby was disjointed with no flow and several of the machines were inoperable in the exercise room.

Private beach at the property was very convenient with kids, heated pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing. Hotel was clean and tidy. Bus stop was right opposite the hotel. Overall a good stay.

This property needs a lot of cleaning and upgrade. Front desk needs to educate a bit more on customer service. The staff at the restaurant is definitely great. They serve you very well.

Overall we had a great stay. Unfortunately when we arrived early only one room was ready and we were told the other would be ready by 4PM. We weren’t able to get into our room till around 5pm. The bathroom door was broke so we ended up having to move rooms.

Digital check in and room keys prior to arrival. Nice! Our extended stay proved our experience wasn’t a fluke. Great hospitality and all around service. 2 pools with plenty of seating plus the beach and Hiltons amenities there were second to none! Free beach chairs along with bikes. Very well ran property. There were no drinking glasses in the room, it was noisey at night, I received a key to a room that was already occupied and then had to wait 45 minutes after the "guaranteed" check in time for a vacant room. This was despite of the fact that I asked for an early check in time at the time of booking. I did receive a voucher for a continental breakfast at the hotel restaurant for having to wait so long for a vacant room, but the attitude of customer service at the front desk was very sub par. Also, the bathroom towels were small. I could probably go on and on about the substandard service at this hotel. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel.

We have party of three people, I reserved a one bedroom suite. The second bed is sofa bed and it needs to be set up. I sent text messages many times, the staff said they don't have people to help set up my bed. The coffee table in front of the sofa is very heavy, I managed to move it away, but the sofa bed is very heavy, I couldn't open it my self. I have send them multiple messages again, it is almost midnight, I have an early morning flight to catch up. Finally done one come at 12:02am to help me get me bed set up. Also the second bathroom has a pocket door. When I close the door from inside, I cannot open it. I had to reach to the bottom of the door, put the door out then open. Very frustrating experience.

Staying here for 3 nights is not bad but it could be better. I was in a room right next where the employees bring the trash there, which unfortunately not what anyone want to be next too. Plus my door have a pretty big gap at the bottom of it so there were alot of noises coming through. I never stayed at a hotel where there are gap or space at the bottom of the door. The first night was terrible due to a sound like a washing machine woke me up at 4am and lasted for about 45mins. I did addressed this matter with the front desk and they gave me a free breakfast which is fine. Over all it was a average hotel.

Good: Clean room, Fresh smell, large balcony, restaurant was limited in choices but food was good, bike rental was good. Bad: REserved a premiere ocean front room but the view from the balcony was over the adjoining builiding rooftoop. Some hotels you can expect an actual view of the ocean when you reserve an ocean front room. At Hilton Cabana, you are really taking a chance at getting what you expect even though you are paying for what is truly an ocean front room. The room was also verrry cold as well as the hallways. Valet parking is 54 dollars per day total and the resort fee is 40 dollars a day total. This information will not be revealed when you check in.

Its hard to spot right away. When you pull up your forced into valet. Then charged 50.00 for the night. Staff was great. Rooms were average. Old and dirty. But the best part was the easy access to the beach. The beach was amazing. Nothing to do with the hotel but it was easy to get to the beach.

Overall we had a great experience but here is some feedback on a few things: - It would be nice to have free coffee on the lobby. - More than once the water dispensers were empty for a long ling time until they were refilled. - The instructions for the bike app rental need to be updated: - The correct app is Zybra not Zybra - You should advise guests that once you download the app you need to claim the free coupon before you rent the bike. I did not and ended up paying for my rental and could not use the coupon.
