“great airport hotel & fantastic staff”

Stayed here one night post-cruise on eay home. Very friendly helpful staff. Hotel was extremely busy. Free WiFi and business center. Free continental breakfast and breakfast to go bags for travellers. Free shuttle to airport running every half hour. Family run Cuban restaurant in the mall across the street, good food at reasonable prices. Grocery store, pharmacies and fast-food restaurants in immediate proximity. Great place to stay. Suites with kitchenettes are availableas well. Could be a good base for a longer stay in Miami area if travelling by car or using a car rental for a longer stay.

“Great Hotel”

Great hotel. We were able to check in early and check out late without any problem. The breakfast in the morning was huge, lots of selections. We waited for awhile at the airport for the shuttle but as expected in a large city. We would definately stay there again.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Suggested affordable family friendly places to eat. Would definately stay here again on our next trip to Miami. The hot buffet breakfast was a wonderful perk especially if ur on a budget.

“Freindly staff, clean rooms, and a great breakfast”

We stayed at this hotel for two nights after a Cruise. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. Shuttle service was very efficient and prompt. We had only one minor issue and this was the hotels location. It would have been nice if it was located immediately on the beach. Lol.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 (non consecutive) days, on the day before a cruise, and the day after the cruise. Hotel staff was very friendly. On the day our cruise ended, we got to the hotel at 8:30am and they were able to let us up to our room despite checkin starting at 3pm. That was GREAT, and we were also able to enjoy the breakfast. breakfast buffet is great. A breakfast-to-go was also available for us to take for our early flight the next morning. Used the gym, the pool and the hot tub. Airport shuttle is free, but the port of miami shuttle cost us $35 for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2kids under 6). Taxi is about the same, with tip. Overall, no complaints, and we would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Could accomodate all of our requests and went beyond what was required. Wide choice for breakfast and some discounts for local restaurants. Some stores near for last minute items.
