Nice place to spend a night pre cruise. Front desk could improve on communication- we cancelled our shuttle to the cruise port and they called not once but twice to tell us the shuttle was waiting on us after we had cancelled. Beds were comfortable.

Not the hotel's fault but we stayed here the night before Easter Sunday and we woke up to, I guess dump trucks, picking up trash at 5 in the morning. Hotel was average, nothing great.

Nice hotel. Safe and clean area 15 mins Uber ride from the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to restaurants and others. The breakfast included with your stay is Very Good! Has everything for everyone. Hot and cold options. Eggs, fruit, cereals, oatmeal, waffles,pastries,coffee, tea,juices,etc. Staff very helpful.

The breakfast can’t get any lower budget. For the cost of the room they should be able to spend a bit more of fresh items and healthier choices. The front end staff at this facility seemed very disinterested and distracted.

My daughter spent the night with a high fever. The next morning we tested her for Covid and the result was positive. As soon as we found out we called Expedia, who contacted the hotel and explained the situation and why we wouldn’t make it to check in. The hotel denied refund. It’s a shame, that they would rather us showing up and putting who knows how many people in peril to get infected! Will not pick your property next time visiting Miami!

The location is good and the parking as well, I didn’t like that they charge you to park at the property. I think parking should be free just like other hotels

Be aware, no free parking, Not even with a disability permit. Vending machine water bottle $3.50! They are really trying to squeeze you as a tourist even if you live in Florida. Not in walking distance to anything worthwhile.
