“Super place”
Great - free upgrade on arrival - and invitation to social gathering, with wine and snacks. Really nice - suite was great, could have spent a week there happily. View of the local birdlife, iIbis & ducks. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel. You could use it as a centre for exploring the area, including Miami Beach, to keep you out of the worst traffic. The only downside I could offer was finding it, the entrance is on the side street so you may find yourself going round the block to get in the first time you arrive. Excellent place - happy to return when I get down that way again.
“better than expected”
this hotel gives great value for money. The condition of the hotel and rooms are of a high standard. The buffet breakfast has plenty of choice and the week day evening happy hour is a nice touch. The pool was very well heated too which is always a bonus. We used this hotel as a base for day trips to the everglades and south beach and it is well located for this if you have a car. Also well located for the Dolphin and International malls

The staff were very curtious and helpful. The chocolate chip cookies yummy and would highly recommend others to stay. It was very easy with the transporting us to and from the airport.

I was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. My friend with her 15 year old son were stranded at the Miami airport so they were able to use the second bedroom. For free! I told the people at check-in that they might come and was told, "no extra charge!" I will definitely stay here again!
“I would recommend this hotel to anyone!”
The biggest thing to me is cleanliness. Even in "upscale" hotels there are things that make you feel unclean. I never felt any of that here. Having a suite instead of just a room is always nice. The ONLY criticism I have, is that when you have extra people sleeping on the pull out, they have to go through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. That was a little aukward for my husband and I, as we were sharing the suite with my 81 year old mother. The buffet breakfast in the morning was really premium; not the normal continental carb buffet that you get most other places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant experience. KUDOS to you, Hyatt Summerfield!
“Above and Beyond All Expections ... PERFECT !!!”
The only way to say it is "Above and Beyond All Expections ... PERFECT !!!" We arrived in Miami at 4 am, used the airport hotel phone to call and had a free shuttle waiting for us by the time we got our bag from baggage claim. Upon arrival at hotel, we were greeted and checked into our room immediately by 5 am ... they take early check in to a whole new level. An amazing complimentary buffet breakfast 6am to 10am included eggs, cereals, bagels, fruit, freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, soda machine, sausages, many types of juices and breads ... it was a FEAST! You will be as pleased as we were. Our 2 bedroom suite was comfortable, had a full kitchen with frig and microwave, 3 flat screens and complimentary internet. We will be back next time we visit Miami for a cruise. Thank you Hyatt Summerfield Suites for making our stay in Miami above and beyond all expectations!!!
“Would like to visit again”
This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with the room and the hotel property overall. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The pool was refreshing and the full breakfast offered was a real treat.
“More than I expected!”
This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The staff were great! The hotel was spotless! The beds were more comfortable than at home. I booked a 1 bedroom suite and was bumped up to a 2 bedroom suite because they were out of 1 bedroom suites. You would expect the quality and type of service at more pricey hotel. The daily breakfast was a nice feature. Real breakfast, not just toast and coffee. Great location, 10 minutes from South Beach, nice shopping and restaurants nearby. For an "airport" hotel, we were far away enough that we heard no planes.. Very satisfied, I will be looking for the Summerfield Suites again whenever I book another vacation!
“excellent hotel”
Last time i went to miami i stood on colins avenue, i almost never went back it was horrible, so i deciede to stay off the beach what a great choice the hotel is right near the highway and everything is near by about 15 mins to the beach beautiful room super clean and comfortable. i would defenitely recommend
