“We loved the Greenview Hotel!”
Perfect location, great staff, clean comfortable rooms. So close to The Lincoln road mall, and so close to the beach. We will definitely stay there again, can't wait to go back!

Great little hotel. Fantastic location. Great price. No real services (no pool) but it did have good bagles for breakfast and was only 100 yards to Lincoln Rd and Starbucks.
“Good economical choice for South Beach”
It was a simple, clean and comfortbale room. It was not large, but enough room for the two of us. After partying late one night we did nto leave the room until 2pm. As a result housekeeping never cleaned the room. I guess they leave early.
“WONDERFUL LOCATION! GREAT STAFF! CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!”
A clean and lovely hotel with impecible service. Jessica was very sweet when we checked in , the young man who assisted us with our bags was always smiling and helpful. For a weekend getaway without kids -it was perfect. It was simple and clean and bed was very comfy. Yes the rooms are small and bathrooms small-but the price was inexpensive. The location is prime, service excelent. This is not the Ritz , no pool -but if you are going to SOBE to attend the theatre or have some fun and just want a good sleep - it is a great place, Definitely we would stay again . If you are traveling with Children or want a hotel with tons of ammenities - the rooms are small- this probably not the place. For our weekend at the SOBE food and wine festival. We had a place to get ready and a comfortalbe clean bed! Close to everything! Can't say enough! You can hear a little street noise but we really slept well. Extra towels on request.
“Fair location”
This was a last minute decision to stay at this hotel. Loved the location near the beach at South Beach. Hotel service and front desk was great, but wasn't so sure about the homeless hanging out near the alley and storefronts nearby. Very close to the Lincoln Road shopping center, Espanola way and Ocean drive restaurant area.
“perfect location for Miami Convention center”
The room on the 3rd floor was very nice, clean, modern style, it has a mini refrigerator where we keep juices, milk and beers, the bathroom was clean and we always had fresh towells. The location was just perfect for us, we were visiting the miami convention center just a block from the hotel, the beach is two blocks ahead, Lincoln rd is half a block, and must atractions in south beach a 20 min walk. the people at the lobby were very nice, they helped us to get taxis and directions, we spent a very good tine there, I will stay there the next time I visit southbeach
