“Place for relaxation !”
Great hotel, spacious room, nice furniture, fantastic view from the balcony at any time of the day. Room was not ready until 6 o'clock on arriving day - but we got a bottle of champagne to make up for this. All in all a very nice stay !!
“The most best place to stay in Sunny Isles”
Excellant Hotel - Would love to go back as soonest !!!!!!!!!!!! Everything was wonderful. Could not have asked for a better location to stay.

i will recommend this hotel. Everything was good except cleaning. they just changed trash bag.
“Not really for the young, maybe the young at heart”
The Resort is more of a condominium that a hotel. We really enjoyed the stay here for our first time in Miami but wish we would've stayed a little closer to south beach. The rooms were pretty clean upon check in and they only take out the trash if you stay less than a week, housekeeping costs extra. Most of the people who stayed at the hotel and the area in general seemed to be at least over 30 if they weren't with their family. The staff was very friendly and almost all of them spoke English. Our $10 a night per person accommodation fee was paid for with the Expedia booking. The resort had wireless routers in EVERY room and the internet was always fast whenever we used it. There is just not much to do in the area but a $2 bus ride to south beach is just about 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic and frequency of stops. Unless you're gonna drop big money on the food at restaurant downstairs I suggest dining somewhere else. Although the wait staff is extremely friendly and the bar is very lively at night.
“Review”
Large spacious apartment with two bedrooms, lounge and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom small but completely adequate. Only stayed one night and did not use any outside amentities but would recommend the room for a longer stay.
“Great place to stay”
From the 5th floor rooms you have a great view of lawns and bungalows leading to the beach. This was a very affordable, quiet beach resort located in an area of high rises. Excellent choice.
“January Get Away”
While this is an older property, the ownership has made an effort to keep it clean and install upgrades. The furnishings, while not 5 star, are aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The location can not be beat. All rooms are handy to a private beach that is well maintained. My stay was during January and provided me with everything that I needed.
“Not what I expected”
Location is absolutely the best. Right on the beach and and close to everything: shopping and restaurants. BUT, first two days it was raining hard and water was coming into the room through the window. We had water on the floor for two days. I talked to other people at the pool and they had the same problem. It was very disappointing. The room itself was quite nice.
“OK, but very basic”
This hotel is perfectly located for shopping and trips to the North of Miami. The rooms are old and therefore don't feel like ultimately clean and luxurious. It is a typical timeshare hotel. Everything is in a weekly rhythm. The hotel caters mostly to Canadians. French is spoken by the personnel, which obviously is convenient those with French as only or native language. Internet is good. Not extremely fast, but always on. Parking no problem.
“horrible experience, this is not a hotel!”
first of all, when we first check in we were made aware you have to pay $20 PER DAY for parking which is never available, we had to park across the street which was very cumbersome with 3 kids crossing collins ave, also the second day we were made aware this is not ahotel,is a timeshare, therefore there is no room cleaning everyday or change your towels, you have to CARRY YOUR DIRTY TOWELS TO THE LAUNDRY and ask for a change of towels, also most of the owners are seniors and they were very rude to kids, my kids are small and were only swimming and the owners complaint to mgmt there was too much noise, this is not a family friendly property.
