“CONVENIENT”

It was convenient to airport and cruise terminal. Excellent seafood restaurant across the street.

“Great value”

This hotel is a great value. We stayed here the night before our cruise. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport and reasonable rates to Miami port. 2 flat screen TV's in our room, a great Cuban restaurant 1 block away, and a good seafood place across the street. Our only complaint was the bed. We would stay here again.

“Good Business Hotel Option”

The team at Fairfield are unfailingly polite & helpful. They seek information for you and give very clear mall directions! As a business traveler I appreciate the uncluttered room layout, well equipped desk, fast internet ... and really comfortable beds with crisp linens and great pillows! Breakfast is pleasant & well stocked. All in all a straightforward property that delivers what it promises in a good location for Miami aiport and shopping.

“Good location, excellent rooms, good rates”

The system reccomends this hotel and for my surprise was an exellent choice for my work activities. Good location and grate rates.

“Would go back”

The hotel was very nice; shuttle service wasn't as good as some places. Was disappointed breakfast wasn't served until 7 AM, as we had to catch an early flight and couldn't get breakfast. Overall, had a good experience.

“Overall OK”

Hotel is in good condition and convenient location. We were told the weekend breakfast times at check in but unfortunately not that it finished at 9 am on weekdays so on Monday we were surprised to see the buffet counter empty & being cleaned! Fortunately the lady doing the cleaning was very helpful and went into the kitchen to get us some cereal. We were followed by several others with the same predicament so clearly the front desk staff were not doing there job. When we checked out I suggested to the manager that this information should be better communicated/published & he told me it was in the room in their service book! Shortly after checking in I went back down to the front desk for extra shampoo/conditioner to be told they had no shampoo.....the next day a different staff member at the front desk laughed when I phoned and asked if a hair dryer could be sent up as one was not in my room..... Basically a good hotel that needs to change the way they communicate their breakfast hours and as they have no housekeeping staff apparently handy (after rooms are made up) they need supplies on hand and a staff member who can help deliver!

“Impressionable”

Staff at this hotel is very helpful and courteous . Shuttle pick-up at the Airport was not at its best when it comes to frequency of trips, but shuttle from the hotel to other sorrounding areas was exceptionally accomodating.

“Overnight stay before the cruise”

Free shuttle from airport to hotel was fast. Just call the hotel when you are ready to be picked up and in about 5 minutes the van arrives! The shuttle also will drive you to near by local attractions if you ask for this service. A bonus! Very friendly and helpful drivers. The only complaint we had was the noise from outside --- our rooms were facing a Chevron gas station which had loud music blaring all through the night and it must have been almost 1:00 am before the music stopped. The music was deafening .... I guess there are no noise bylaws in this city. If you get a room not facing the gas station, you will be happy with the hotel. The free breakfast was tasty enough.

“Excellent place !”

The room is clean and it is very close to the airport. The only thing is that the hotel is close to the airport but not downtown. It is around 20 to 25 mins to get to Miami Beach. Overall it is a good place to stay.

“Ok for one night”

The hotel itself is really nice- clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. The surrounding neighborhood isn't one to walk around in, it's not nice. The seafood restaraunt across the street is delicious!
