“Very good deal”
The hotel is a very good deal for the price. It's great for vacations. It is very well located, just two blocks away from the beach and two blocks from Lincoln Road whee you can find a liquor store, pharmacies, restaurants and many other shops. You can even take a bus for a 30 minute ride to the airport. Staff is really friendly. You have free wi-fi and free towels to take to the beach. There is a bistro on the first level. Furniture and decoration are not really new, however they are kept in a really good shape. Yo
“The front desk staff is outstanding.”
I have stayed at other Art Deco Hotels in Sobe. This was my first time at Eva. My daughter and I spent a week there in June 2010. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The location was close enough to walk to everything. The Bistro had good food with great prices. We will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Eva. The location was perfect everything was within walking distance from the beach to the night clubs and even the grocery store!! The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beach was across the road as well as Ocean Drive itself. There was endless shops from clothes, shoes to restaurants even hair salons and nail salons. You are spoilt for choice on things to do and if you don't want to drive while in town this location is perfect for you. I will go back again and will recommend it to anyone who wants to be right on the beach!

“Can't wait to go back”
I booked this vacation at the last minute and I was a little unsure about Hotel Eva because of the reviews that I read... Word to mother I would for sure stay at Hotel Eva again! The quality of the hotel service was not perfect but they did their best... If I needed anything they brought it right away without an attitude! My overall stay was satisfying! I will be definitely seeing the staff and management again! Thank You Expedia and Hotel Eva
“Will always come back here”
I have stayed at over 10 hotels in the s. beach area. I have to say for the great price I was amazed and impressed. The rooms were clean, I mean clean! They were very spacious, not a little broom closet like most. Very nice. I will always stay here when I come back!!
“My Miami Destination Spot”
The hotel was wonderful for its price. You cannot beat this pricing for a hotel on Collins Ave. It is at the perfect location, mid-point to all of the restaurants and nightclubs. 1 block away from the beautiful white-sand beach. 3 blocks from the Lincoln shopping strip. The staff was very friendly. They maintain the hotel very clean. Plus I loved have a kitchenette area, with mini-fridge, sink, and cabinents included. I will definitely come back.
“Hotel Eva”
Loved the hotel! GREAT GREAT GREAT location 2 minute walk to the beach. Hotel is Right next to a scooter rental which is great if you dont rent a car $58 for a 2 person scooter rental for 24 hours. One street over from Washington which has a lot of restuarants and clubs. Could not be in a better location honestly. The hotel room was large with a big tv big bed lots of chairs and even a couch. I am very happy with my stay and will return to hotel eva. Front desk even stored my luggage since my flight was later than the 11 am check out so i could go to the beach for a couple hours. May not look like a 5 star hotel but it has everything you need great a/c for the hot Miami weather! Had a kitchenette with sink, small fridge and microwave.
“Good time”
Great location, pleasant staff, mini-suite spacious and solid (tho' nothing fancy, if youi're into that). This was our second time at the Eva, and went well like the first. The bistro underneath has improved: excellent food and great value! One of the best food deals in Sobe and $5 drinks to boot! Go with the mojito and calamari appetizer, watch the people go by, listen to the bossa nova...Go Eva!
“Perfect, The ideal hotel for your stay in Miami Beach”
Relly is perfect, is in one of the most important Av. on Miami Beach, all the personal of the staff are very great and corteus, the rooms are perfect, very cleans and looks news, the hotels have parking that in my experience the rate of that are well no expensive not cheap are well, rally I recomend it alot
