It has a perfect location. around it you will find good restaurants, malls and good access to the express way.

Wow, What an interesting place to stay, after two miserable nights in the Doral Staybridge Suites I had to cancel my third night and find another hotel. Most hotels around MIA were full or way too expensive for my company account. So I ended up at the EuroSuites. The service is slow and..... just not well trained, understaffed, or something. Parking is tough, just plan on paying the $12/day for valet, there are only a couple of free parking spots. Traffic in the area between the two malls is pretty bad but welcome to Miami traffic. The room was very nice, I mean this is a darn nice place. I had the ungraded room, there was a full kitchen, dining table, washer, bedroom, and a nice TV. Very comfortable room and good internet access. This is not a typical airport hotel and really was very nice. It does lack a restaurant and bar but there are plenty of places to eat or drink within walking distance.

“Horrible”

A horrible experience. Check in was 4pm - not a minute sooner even after arriving after a long flight. No alarm clock or clock radio and they are unable to give wake up calls before 7am. I asked about public transport and the front desk girl just said "I don't know" and laughed even though I later found a bus stop opposite the front entrance. Walls were so thin you could hear guest 3 rooms away. There was a fridge but no tea / coffee making facilities

“Good bed. Bad customer service.”

The hotel managment should know a hotel is more than a clean bed and a confortable bed. Related services such us Restawrant is a must. But I had the worst experience in some other areas that has made me rate my stay in a very poor expirience. The 4:00 PM check in policy made me wait unreasonnably for three hours to start checking in. The front desk guys just have no ckue hiw to handle this. The ballet parking person is just not customer service oriented to the point to treat you in a tough way. The lack of parking spots for hotel guests is really frustrating.
