“Great "Extra's"”
Saw the managers reception and continental breakfast on the hotel booking, never realized that it would be lie it was. Managers reception, cocktails and wine from 5:30 to 7:30, unbelievable. Breakfast was way more than a contintental, it was omlettes, bacon, sausages, anything for a great breakfast. Great location to get to the airport, I would give this hotel a 9 out of 10.
“One of the best choices”
This hotel has a good service quality, clean and extremely comfortable rooms and it's near of the main turist and business places in Miami (MIA, Shopping Malls, Downtown, Port, etc).
“Miami Break”
Close to airport. Room or suite was lovely and staff were efficient. These suites offered a fantastic breakfast for all guests included. Would certainly return and recommend for stopover or stay.
“Great! but wifi isn't really free...”
I was pretty happy with this hotel. The food was great and the people were nice. I felt very safe and the parking lot was well guarded so I never worried about my car (seeing as it is Miami...) The only complaint I have is that the hotel advertised free wifi but the only way you could get it was to go in the business room with their computers. This free wifi had many sites blocked so the only way I could get to fun sites like youtube and facebook would be to buy wifi for the room.
“Great Stay!”
The Hotel is not easy to find and there is not much to say about the neighborhood but the Hotel is excellent, the staff is great, the nightly reception and breakfast were very nice (long lines - get there early). There are a few restaurants/fast food places within walking distance. You need a car to get around. Use the Hotel transportation service to and from the airport. The car rentals are all in that area.
“Will definitely stay there again!”
Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The open bar during happy hour was a surprise and the women serving drinks were fun! But the regular hotel bar could use a bartender that is used to serving alot of people at one time. Our group alone had 12 people and he seemed intimidated. The restaurant manager was happy to accomodate us even though we were out in the atrium. He simply had our food brought out to us! We will definitely stay here next time we're in Miami!
“would love to stay there again”
This hotel was great hopefully you wuold send me specials when they come avaible for the rooms at this hotel when I travel again this is one of the hotels l probably requeswhen I travel . Also the next time I i go to Miami it will be this hotel or one of the beautiful hotels on the beachfront . Thank you for a wonderfule experience. Oh by the way Expedia is a very respectful and upgraded service. The only thing i mess up on was not getting the rental car along with the hotel this was my first vacation in 5 years and I like to thank you for making it pleasant

“Very pleased...”
The staff was wonderful. I wanted to drop my children and luggage off at the hotel before returning my rental car & was allowed to do this w/o paying the $15 parking fee. Then, their shuttle picked me up directly at the rental car drop off point to take me back to the hotel. I and my 3 teenage children were tired so we ate at the downstairs steakhouse restaurant and it was very good. The shuttle will take guests to 3 restaurants outside of Embassy if they wish. The breakfast was awesome and my children really appreciated the many choices of food including hot and cold. Just about any breakfast food was available. Miami is a very upbeat town and the Embassy fit right in. Highly recommended!
“Well worth the extra few bucks”
Most Embassy Suite Hotels are a cut above other chains, and this one really shines.
