“Super Condo by the Port of Miami”

We stayed in the condo side of this hotel before our cruise in December. It was absolutely fabulous!! We had a one bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with full kitchen, beautifully appointed furnishings in the living room and bedroom, 2 large flat screen tvs. an incredibly large balcony with a fabulous view, full walk in closet and a 5 piece main bathroom. The new diningroom, the Blue Moon, was excellent and service was impeccable. Down side was the Italian restaurant there. Highly recommended for those who want to be downtown or near the port.

We recently stayed at the Doubletree the night before our cruise and a word in the name says it all, Grand. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave directions to the free trolly. From the pool area we had a view of the Port of Miami and the ship we would be cruising on. Without question, we would stay there again.

Great location, close to free metro bus! Take the bus to Bayside for great shopping and restaurants!

Room was huge, especially for the price in downtown Miami. Hotel is easily accessible by car. Nice park nearby. Building/attached plaza getting a bit old. Valet parking a bit expensive.

Hotel overlooks Biscayne Bay -beautiful view of harbour from rooms along waterside. Some rooms face adjacent Marriott Hotel & have no view. Close to cruise ship terminal - short taxi ride. 15 minute walk from America Airline Arena. Omni shuttle close by - free talk to downtown shopping.
