“One of the best in South Beach!”
I do have a bias because I like Philippe Starck and I've always wanted to stay at this famous hotel. The staff is very friendly and you feel like you are a king the moment you step up to the driveway. The stark all-white color of the room is really refreshing and bright and really relaxes you in a strange way, away from the South Beach that is outside the windows. You feel like you have been taken away to a different world. The marble bathroom is small (only shower stall, no tub), but feels luxurious. The BOSE SoundDock for your iPod is a nice amenity.

The service at the Delano was impeccable! The hotel was very clean and every employee greeted you with a smile. The food at the restaurant was very good. The service at the beach was also excellent.
“Delano Miami - top spot!”
Coming from Bondi, Australia - the most visited beach down under - we had high expectations of South Beach Miami. The Delano delivered on its promise with a cross of cool and comfort, we could mix it up with the party goers in the bar or sit and relax by the pool during the day and drink and party through the night - all the while being able to escape to the quiet comfort of our room.

Having lived in Florida for 20 years, but haven't been back in 15, I was surprised to see how big South Beach has grown...and the Delano is a centerpiece of the area. The all-around service from valet to poolside was top notch. I can see why all of the celebs dig this hideout over some of the larger hotels. Very private, excellent experience! Just be prepared to spend some money, as the prices are high. But you get what you pay for!
“Best Scene in South Beach”
Had an aweome time at the Delano! Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was fantastic, especially the concierges Brian and Ed (gave us great recos for everything). This is THE hotel to stay at if you're looking to be in the heart of the scene in South Beach. Very chic and trendy yet comfortable. Didn't have one bad meal while we were there. The club in the bottom floor was great, the DJ playing music in the lobby bar was great, which attracted gorgeous women, but most of all the quality of the people staying at the hotel made it great. I don't think I could stay anywhere else in SoBe.
“The best reason to visit South Beach!”
The Delano (for the second time) was heaven on earth; exceptional service and amenities. My husband and I had a fun and romantic time. It's a great place to hang and people-watch :) We love the beach, the pool, the gym, the cocktails, the cute clean rooms, and the friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

It was a great experience and truly a place to people watch as well as the perfect combination of being in the middle of everything (right on the beach and also in the middle of the part of town you want to be in), while still having your own secluded pool to get away to if things are too crazy! Drinks are expensive at the hotel, which is probably why people bring out some of their own in their own carriers, but the food is fantastic. Amazing service - you will enjoy it -- high pace day in and day out. Great gym.
