Crescent Resort On South Beach faces Ocean Drive and is a block from Collins Avenue. A rooftop terrace offers a sundeck, tables, and views of Lummus Park's palm trees and the Atlantic Ocean behind it.
An on-site fitness center includes cross-training and elliptical machines, treadmills, and free weights.
Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in the lobby. A vending area with soft drinks and snacks is located off the lobby, which features exhibits of local artists. A solarium separated from the lobby by sheer white floor-to-ceiling curtains provides a quiet space to relax.

The four-story Crescent Resort On South Beach offers 26 spacious suites. Decor is contemporary with tiled floors, area rugs, colorful throw pillows, and custom-designed glass-topped accent tables.
All suites offer full kitchens with two-burner stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, toasters, mixers, blenders, and dishware. Separate living areas include sofa beds and stuffed armchairs.
Bathrooms feature jetted tubs with dual showerheads. Additional amenities include DVD players, CD players, and multi-line phones.
All suites are nonsmoking.

Excellent location. Not too noisy but very close to all the action. Room was perfect for what we needed for long weekend -4 people.
“Great staff in a great location . . .”
The Crescent is a great "boutique" hotel that offers spacious suites with living area and kitchenettes. It is conveniently located across from the beach and in the center of the South Beach scene. The staff at Crescent are absolutely amazing! In all my travels, I have never encountered such accommodating and friendly hotel employees. From the moment we walked in they were ready to go above the call of duty to ensure that our trip was extra special. The hotel is currently undergoing some minor construction for the addition of a spa . . . which, in my opinion, will only make the Crescent an even better place to stay!
“You can't beat it with a bat!”
My wife and I stayed at the Crescent Resort July 31-August 3rd and loved every minute of it. First off, I'm gonna tell you right away that there are a bunch of people that stay out on the front porch trying to bring people walking down Ocean Drive in to look at a timeshare (the top floor of the Crescent is a timeshare). But once they realize that you're staying there, they leave you alone. And if that bothers you, then you might as well stay in the whole time because everywhere you go somebody is trying to sell you something or get you to take a trip somewhere. Now about the hotel. Its looks exactly like how it does in the pictures. There's a king size bed in the bedroom with a 20" LCD TV. In the bathroom you get a big jetted tub that fits two, and a shower that gets good water pressure. The toilet is in a seperate room away from the bathroom which I liked because I didn't have to wait for my wife to finish using the bathroom before I could get in for a shower. Which if you're like me, you're gonna be taking lots of showers. Each unit has a full kitchen with a blender, toaster, microwave, and utensils. The only thing it was missing was an oven. But you're in South Beach so who needs an oven. The Crescent is located directly across from the park and the beach. Perfect if you want to hit the beach to get your swim or tan on. We both loved it and can't wait to go back.
“A very nice boutique hotel”
The Crescent Resort is a small hotel located in the beautiful Art Deco in south beach, just over the ocean. We were very satisfied with the room, which is really a small suite containing a kitchen+sitting area+queenslipping sofa and a (separated by doors) bed room with king-sized bed, ideal for family with children. The design of the room is nothing but gorgeous! This includes the very modern stylish kitchen, the beautiful lamps, the tiling, bathroom and everything. You won't find such a luxury design in much more expensive hotels. Add the fact that you get a suite for a price of a regular room with a full kitchen and a Jacuzzi tub, and you one of the best deals. Please note that this is a small boutique hotel. Hence, there is no pool, Jacuzzi (beside the one in the room), also room service is limited
“Great Location!”
Arrived for a 6 day getaway and found the hotel was just at it is pictured. Great Art Deco design and a cute small modern lobby with a great workout area and wonderful roof top sitting area. The front desk staff was always very helpful and we didn't get the time share pitch everyone writes about. The only problem we had was on the first night when getting into bed the sheets had sand on them, or felt like they did. They were quickly changed. I can understand this happening as you are right across from the beach! The room otherwise was perfect and you can not beat the location, it's close enough to everything yet fairly quiet. Sitting on the front porch after dinner having cocktails watching everyone go by was great too. Very funny goings on in South Beach, worth being a porch dweller to take it all in.
“Great value for luxurious hotel”
This place was so much nicer than other hotels in the area. It is directly on the beach, has really comfortable beds, friendly service and more. After staying in 6 different hotels in the immediate vicinity, this one is not only my favorite, but competitively priced as well. I will definitely stay here again.
“They do a great job there”
Very cool location, near South beach yet not in the crowded/loud section of the strip. Super pleasant folks at the reception desk, very helpful. Clean and all. Large apartments. As good as three star hotels ever get, better than some four star places.
“Can't wait to go back”
My fiance and I stayed at this hotel for a few days while I visited a nearby law school and we honestly couldn't have picked a better place to stay for the price. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and pleasent as possible. The rooms were extremely clean and very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a very nice stay at this very nice hotel and will definatly stay here again when we go back.
