My friend and I booked this place pretty hastily when we planned a last minute cruise. we didn't have much time to spend researching but being two single women we wanted to be somewhere safe. The staff was so helpful - they even let me into their offices when the internet in the lobby was slow. The room was clean, includ. the bathroom. It was less than a $10 cab ride to the Port of Miami.

The only thing that I did not like was that the ice machine of the six floor was out of service during the days I stayed in.

Great location, close to waterfront, right in downtown. I was in Miami to run the marathon and use an ice bath after a marathon. Our bathtub had no stopper. There was maintenance to install a stopper within 10 minutes.

The frontdesk representative are nice. The hotel lobby is comfortable. It is great to have free coffee during the morning!
