“Luxury Stay On A Budget”

Initially the look of the common areas had me worried as they looked a little tired but once inside the apartment (one bedroom oceanview apartment) i breathed a sigh of relief! It was nice a spacious, i had a room with an ocean view which was lovely having breakfast on the balcony. Location wise it's about 20 blocks from Lincon Road which was a bit of a downer for me but good news was the room came with one free parking spot. I would also suggest buying groceries at a larger store like Walmart or Publix as the store across the road is overpriced! All in all my trip was pleasant and the apartment ticked all the boxes for me, the staff were very accommodating and friendly and i will definitely stay there again

“Good Value, Nice location”

We were extremely pleasantly surprised by the location and the room itself. Reading the reviews before us made us a little worried but the Churchill mgmt team was great to work with. It was a little strange having to check in at a room on the 2nd floor but it is a condo bldg with some hoteling floors, so that made sense. Good location, nice pool, with Morton's Steakhouse next door. Excellent value. They didn't clean the rooms until afternoon which didn't work for us but we were only there 2 nights so it was not much of an inconvenience. We'd definitely go back and highly recommend it.

“Great rooms”

Doesn't look impressing but is nice inside the rooms.Cleaning excellent. Well equiped kitchen. Internet connection by cable in the room and by WIFI in the hall. Service not affective. All matters reported never fixed. Safe not working, change of bulb and phone not working. The valet parking is really good!

“Would go back but wish it was cleaner...”

We had a suite with a kitchen which was pleasant and spacious. We arrived late in the evening and found it disappointing to see hairs and dust in the corners of some of the bedroom drawers. Therefore, we lived out of our suitcases rather than to unpack. One of the light bulbs was burnt out and the shower curtain and rod fell on my son. We rehung it ourselves. With that said, we would still return because we like to do our own cooking and the kitchen was spotless and all appliances were working properly. It was really hard to find a suite with a full kitchen elsewhere that would accommodate the four of us. If only it would've been cleaner and better maintained it would've been perfect....

“wish they had cleaned my room more than once”

well I was very happy with the room the beach views but the service you get from the hotel staff makes you regret every second of you stay,long story short our room was cleaned only once out of the seven days we were there and the one time our room was cleaned only hapened because I called the corporate office and argue about fifteen minutes with the lady on the fone so after she called me a lier a few times she agreed to make the call and send somebody to clean our room,bottom line is that if you want an awesome room with awesome beach views and awesome location this is your hotel but be ready to do your own cleaning so bring your own cleaning supplies....

“Will definitely go back!”

The hotel was great, the room was great, and certainly worth a four star rating. What I didn't like is the fact that the Crown and Churchill Hotels are two separate entities. One is a hotel, the other is a residential property featuring privately owned condos. Something as trivial as the need for wash cloths became a huge run around with the hotel notifying us that they didn't have anymore. The room was very nice, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and silverware, and as great as advertised. The valet service was 24 hours and worked like a charm. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which had the oceanview as advertised. All in all, I really liked the Churchill Suites Crown Miami Beach and will certainly stay there again. Great price for what you get!

“Relaxing stay”

A great place to relax in a convenient location. Just steps to the beach and the pool. The kitchen amenity allows cooking in to save some money during the vacation. You will need a car to get around in this neighborhood. The hotel provides free valet parking.

“Miami Beach for Decent price”

A little sketchy feeling when we first got there, but it had been a long day of traveling. Once in our room it was exactly what had been represented. Nice room with very comfy bed. The carpet had gross stains on it, but hey....I suppose for the price. The pool and hot tub area were nice, and right on the beach which we liked.
