“Littel Havana”
At night hanging out at the hotel feels like you're in the islands! It's so amazing. The restaurant, BLT, was outstanding! The service is outstanding.
“Perfect home away from home”
Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway at the Betsy. We traveled as 3 couples (3 hotel rooms) and all of us raved about the hotel, the staff, the overall treatment we received. Beautifully appointed rooms - a real treat to come "home" to after a full day and night experiencing South Beach. Located across the street from the beach. Lovely rooftop deck - Edwin treated us very well every day! Great food as well from BLT. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, nightlife and also a short cab ride away from other attractions. Would definitely stay here again!
“Very Impressed!”
The Betsy is a modern comfortable hotel. I was looking for a place where I could relax but still be in walking distance of all of the south beach attractions. This was the perfect solution. Right on Ocean Drive but away from all the noise. The hotel has all of the amenities you will need with a wonderful restaurant, BLT. The room is very comfortable with great modern devices and a very comfortable bed you'll find it difficult to leave.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, au coeur de l'action, face à la plage.Dommage que la salle de bain soit un peu petite, rien n'est prévu pour déposer une trousse de toilette. La piscine ne paraît pas très propre.
“A Hotel that's as good as the buzz!”
The Betsy is a terrific hotel. Great location and very good staff. Try and upgrade and get the master suite -- worth it for the extra space. Downside? The pool is small and went unused for the five days we were there. But, the ocean is right across the street!

The Betsy is a classic, elegant and confortable hotel. It's luxury without the blingbling of south beach!
“A calm oasis in SoBe”
This is our second time at the Betsy. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in south beach. On our arrival we were informed that our room was upgraded to an ocean view. Although the view is great, the noise level is higher since you are overlooking the front patio and have the ambient music to deal with. Not overly burdensome but on our previous visit we had the pool view and it was much quieter. Try to make sure that you get on the third floor so you don't have any one above you. The service...outstanding. The staff here are clearly trained for excellence in customer service. The restaurant BLT is amazing for its steak and one of the most incredible and satisfying Miami Spice Menus. Excellent attentive staff. The rooms are small but with the class, comfort and service, this is a non issue. You cannot beat the location, service and experience of the Betsy. Highly recommend and we will certainly be back again next August.. Jessica (at check in was wonderful), The restaurant manager (jeffrey, I believe was also excellent). YOu will love it.
“Best Hotel on South Beach”
This newly refurbished hotel is everything you could want. Perfect location, right on South Beach, close to Espanola Way and the shops of Lincoln Road. I'll definitely be staying here on my next visit to Miami. The room was spacious and bright, excellent interior finishes, very comfortable. Great bar in the lobby, with great seating on the street and very friednly staff.
