“Enjoyed my night in Miami !!”

I booked this hotel not knowing anything about it except from the reviews and I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is in a nice neighborhood which was a plus because I was traveling alone. Other hotels did not have favorable reviews in this area. The room and beds were very comfortable and the staff was great. And another plus is the free shuttle from the airport and they also provided shuttle service to Miami port to meet my cruise ship for a flat fee which I feel was better than relying on a cab. The bar/restaurant called Shuckers was fantastic, located right on the bay, you had an excellant view of the bay! I made it just in time for happy hour with some great happy hour drink specials and their food was delicious. The staff at Shuckers was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. They also serve a great breakfast in the lobby of hotel which is included. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I am ever in Miami, I will be staying here!!

“The hotel that far exceeds expectations!”

I spent a full two weeks here and can honestly say that it was the best experience of any hotel I've ever stayed in! Rooms are big, with air con and big comfortable beds, the pool area and Shuckers are amazing too. I found myself visiting Shuckers more nights than not, just because of the amazing service and food. Happy hour (5-7pm) will get you a pitcher for $10! Rooms are lightly cleaned daily, which is perfect as your room stays clean but it's not out of use for hours on end. The polite, amazingly helpful staff were the icing on the cake. They can't do enough to make sure you're enjoying your stay, and we even took advantage of the tours, of which details are provided upon check in. They were arranged quickly and efficiently, all with a friendly chat and smile. I have stayed in some very expensive hotels in the past, but this has by far got to be the best experience so far. I actually found myself feeling rather sad to leave as I felt so at home! There is a small supermaket within 5 mins walk, a grocery store just across the street, and a gas station just a little further out which has an amazing selection of food and drink, including pizza and subs. The area is very nice, and the bus stop outside will make sure you get to South Beach in minutes. Take the L bus to the beach, and from there, the C bus Downtown if you like. Fares are only $2 per trip, or you can get a weekly pass for $26. I can't recommend this place enough and would certainly go back in a heartbeat!

“Great for short stay”

Great view from the bay facing rooms. Good breakfast facilities. Not bad for a short stay.

“Privilégier les chambres avec balcon et vue sur baie”

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Facile d'accès de l'aéroport avec parking gratuit et gardé. Possibilité de navette pour l'aéroport gratuite. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Literie très confortable (king size vraiment top). Seul petit bémol, le restaurant-bar sous l'hôtel qui est très prisé et donc assez bruyant. Nous étions tellement fatigués (notamment à cause du décalage) que nous n'avons quasiment rien entendu. L'hôtel est à un bon quart d'heure de miami beach centre mais ça se fait très bien.

“Great place to stay !”

I was attracted to this hotel because it offered free parking. If you stay here and want to visit Miami, the Evergaldes etc; you will need a car as it is a few miles from the hub of south beach & miami beach. Check in and check out was fast and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights - the room was very nice & the bed was comfortable. Our room was in a quiet park of the hotel and we had a nice balcony. Breakfast was ok - nothing special; and I totally dislike the throw away plates, bowls, knives forks etc - in fact it really annoys me, but so many hotels do it. I would much rather have real plates, bowls etc & would happily do my own dishes.....but other than that, I would happily stay here again and would recommend the hotel as a really good reasonably priced place to stay when vsiting Miami.

“Convenient and great value”

Hotel was convenient and far better value than South Beach. Large clean rooms, friendly staff, lots of extras (microwave, fridge, freezer, room safe, free parking, pool). It's not a luxury hotel, but then it's not a luxury price. There are now various restaurants locally, as well as supermarket, pharmacy and liquor store within a 5 minute walk. Shuckers (the attached restauarant) is convenient and cheaper than the other restaurants locally. I would go there again and recommend it to others.

“Great value Miami hotel”

Had a great stay here. We rang for the free airport shuttle and it arrived within 10 minues. The driver was very informative. Checking went smoothly, we were early so waited by the pool for 40 minutes. The location was great. Bus stop outside the hotel which we took to south beach and back. We just had to look for the 'L' bus as it was the only one that went over the causeway. The breakfast was varied and coffee was available 24 hours. We also ate at shuckers restaurant on the premises sitting on their water side deck. I would recommend the blackened Mahi Mahi.

“Good value !”

we were very satisfied with this hotel : room clean and have TV, fridge, iron, hair-drier. Breakfast nice. Free parking, internet, swimming pool, coffee all day around. Very helpful front desk staff. Definitely recommend, if you look for value for your money.

“Excellent value, great comfy beds, great fresh coffee 24hrs, Free Parking & free WiFi”

This hotel exceeded in all the things that are Really important to us, a really comfy king-size bed, really good fresh coffee 24hrs, a balcony, Free parking & free Wi-Fi this so we were very happy staying here. Really only used the hotel as a base as we had a hired car but we found it to be a friendly easy to find Hotel and would happily stay again. The king-size bed was sooo comfy, really lovely, we had a room with a balcony which was very nice but it’s over the bar which is open till 1am with music playing every night so it can be noisy. It’s lovely to open the balcony door early morning (being from the UK 5 hours time difference we were up early) to hear the waves lapping & nothing else.
