“We will be back for sure!”
I'm sure that everyone knows about the cost of staying anywhere in the Miami Beach/South Beach area and especially oceanfront. After reading dozens of reviews of dozens of hotels, this one stood out. Not only were the Traveller Opinions rated high but just the fact that there were no "extras" being charged was amazing for that area. We checked in quickly and efficiently, the front desk staff were more than helpful anytime. Free internet in rooms and 2 stand alone computers in the front office and FREE PARKING. We had an oceanfront first floor unit which was excellent, chairs and table to sit out and watch the people go by and the ocean waves crash in. It was great. The breakfast was also very good, but you have to get there as soon as it opens, it becomes extremely busy. Lots of shops a block away, 3 blocks away an exclusive shopping mall. Can't wait to go back.
“Just what we wanted”
My sister and I wanted a couple of nice beach days in an oceanfront resort with a complimentary breakfast, following her five-day business training in Miami. This place was perfect! The room (suite) was large and extremely clean--not modern, but nice, with a full kitchen. The main pool had shade-offering palm trees around it, and the beach was wide, not crowded, and beautiful. The breakfast was extensive, with healthful choices included. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend!

Very Friendly desk. Had a water sink problem, fixed in 10 mins. Very close to Market and dining, Walking distance. Parking in front free. Free nice breakfast in AM. Very good food. I will always go back when I go to the beach.

Very good conditions for the price. better than I experienced in LA or Hawaii

Location was good, on beach. Breakfast was bit boresome. Rooms were basic, but clean. Parking was included as wireless internet.
“Excellent location and value”
Excellent location would recomend this to friends and family. Breakfast was more than expected and the dining area had a great atmosphere. This is a valued priced place to stay right on the beach. Irecommend that you have a rental car as attractions are a little outy of the way. If you have children the kitchenette makes your life easy as well as the proximatity to the beach and pool. My only complaint is that Florida had record low temperatures while I visited. The pool heat should have been increased as during the sunny days you could have enjoyed the pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this is not a 5 star hotel and you will not be disappointed

“Our Place of Choice in Miami”
Located in a quiet, residential area but still on Collins Ave where tours can pick you up. Supermarket, shopping, and great restaurants within walking distance. Don't expect South Beach action. Hotel is beachfront. Had the beach to ourselves almost. The room was actually an apartment - kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Very nice. The facility is old but was updated and charming. Huge pool. Breakfast was good. We didn't bring our laptop but there was a computer with free internet access in the lobby (no printer).
