The location is fantastic with beach right behind

Pros: Having the beach access is the best part of the hotel, some further down south beach don't have that access, it also has a pool if you prefer a pool.
Cons: The lobby of the hotel gas been updated so it looks like it would be a nice place, but the hotel rooms are in need of an upgrade.
Location: Beach access, 15 min drive to airport, 5 min drive to Art Deco district. Great Italian restaraunt only a short walk on the left awesome food!!!!
Our first room was awful, had mold in the ceiling and smelled moldy, we did complain right away and they moved us to a great room that had an awesome view and no mold. Funiture was out dated but the bed was comfortable and had a wrap around deck. If you were to stay ask for the room on floor 9 with the ocean view.

We were lied to about hotel amenities, distance from ocean drive, shuttle buses. Communication was different from staff to staff. Hotel room was explained a a 2 bedroom suite, it turned out to be connecting rooms, with one room having 2 double beds and the other room had a couch and tv and bathroom. That is what they considered a suite.

The hotel was descent, however the air conditioner needed to be replaced, that was a most, the toilets needed to be updated even the smallest amount of tissue would clog it up. If they replace these things in every room this would be a nice hotel. Also the hotel was not near any family attractions it was on the beach though if that's all u want to do. Probably would not stay there again would recommend a nicer one a little more updated.

Some people in front desk not very friendly

Cons: Hotel should hire friendly people for front desk. Also, some quality check before room is assigned to guests should be done.
Toilet was clogged Shower only provided hot water AC was not working properly Shower gel was gone in dispenser We had to request change of room, and unfortunately the only ocean front room available was on fourth floor (which is really second floor). So the view was not same as on sixth floor.

Arrived on time. They give a handicap room at the first floor. Noice, you can hear everything at the lobby plus the street...when I request a different room. The said that is what Expedia reserved for you.

The beach was the best part

Location: There was a carabas (?) Italian restaurant 2 blocks over. Corner store that sold food across the street. no real fast food in the area
Let me say first that this hotel is fine for staying on the beach in Miami. Now to move on with my experience...My boyfriend and I wanted a romantic July 4th weekend. We caught a $750 each pkg deal to Miami 2 days before the planned travel date. 9pm check in was fine. The front desk guy seemed a little grumpy but eventually warm up and recommend a place to eat. When we went to the room to drop off our bags, the room was bright, neat, cold and smelly. There was a big red/orange/brown stain on the floor. That was disappointing but the room had a side view of the ocean, beds, tv and a shower which was all we really needed. Once we returned from dinner we took showers. The shower curtain barely reached the bathtub so there was water all over the floor and the drain was clogged. We were able to control the air but when it was turned down or off the room reeked of moldy smell. At one time I had to walk around with my t-shirt over my noise. My biggest disappointment was in the cleaning. We had a coffee accident on the sheets. When we returned from a day on the beach we found the room cleaned but the sheets not changed. There were big towels but no face/hand clothes. When we called for more towels someone brought us a bag towels. other notes; We had to ask for a 2nd outdoor chair. The hotel does not have beach chairs. You have to purchase them from a vendor.

Good price on the beach

Friendly staff but housekeeper has sticky fingers busted her with my diamond necklace she tried to say it was in the trash. Other then that clean and affordable place to stay just be prepared to pay for parking anywhere on the beach

the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. As residents of Miami Beach we simply needed a room while our house was being fumigated. Its convenient location served us well.

Cons: servicio a los huespedes
no tienen servicio de valet, no hay parqueo, no hay botones con quien dejar maletas en los que se encuentra un paqueo, y las maquinas de refrescos están vacías en todos los pisos
