“Très Bien”

Un peu loin de South beach, suffit de traverser pour prendre le bus. La vue depuis la chambre est excellent (surtout au 9eme étage) Je recommande fortement. Par contre au prix ils pourraient inclure le petit dej.Sinon très satisfait de l'hotel.

“Great Hotel and very helpful staff. Really good value for money.”

We were not happy with the first or second room we were offered as one had a noisy air vent outside and the other was dark and had a depressing view of a wall . The reception staff were very obliging and found us a lovely quiet room with sea views instead at no extra cost. There was not alot to see or do in the vicinity of the hotel, but it was next to a clean wide sandy beach and a 20/30 minute walk along the boardwalk from the main shopping areas around Lincoln Road. Hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The restaurant menu was a bit limited but the food OK. We found a cheap cuban cafe a few blocks up 41st street for breakfast.

“Will continue to return here when visiting Miami Beach”

I chose this hotel for the first stay in Miami using Expedia.com vacation package options. For additional stays in Miami I will always choose this hotel from the wonderful experiences I have had. The staff, winter and summer, are devoted to making the stay of their clients a priority. The rooms are nice, food and service excellent, the outdoor pool and deck is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or shopping. The boardwalk leading to the beach and ocean is joined to the hotel walkway and eating establishments on the boardwalk or inside street venues are within a stones' throw. I felt very comfortable/safe being here with adults or with the grandchildren.

“very nice hotel”

hotel was very nice however the pool is very small definetely not as pictured. staff was friendly but not very eager to please also be aware that there is a $2 per day safe charge whether you use it or not. breakfast is very expensive $15 per day pp and drinks are very expensive otherwise very nice!!!

“Nice Hotel”

Nice hotel. I spent 1 night on a stopover with my wife and 3 kids. The two rooms were nice, enough space, clean bath, and we enjoyed the breakfast.

“impressed with hotel, staff and location impressed”

The Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful, cant ask more than that. It did help when we arrived they upgraded our rooms, we didnt even ask to be upgraded, they said as we booked with Expedia they would just do it, so thanks for that!

“Surprisingly impressed!!!”

Everything was excellent. No complaints... As far as the city... Being a native who loves his hometown (Miami)and hasn't lived there for over 17 years, I realize that it is I who may be the one who changed as opposed to city since I left it. However, I couldn't help but be shocked at how little people there communicate... Whether it be convenient stores, amusement parks, or the mall, I couldn't get over the lack of customer service skills... Whether such a limitation is a product of an overwhelmed city that outgrew its services or a cultural congestion that makes it almost impossible to find someone who speaks English, I would encourage the people down there to do that thing that people everywhere else seem to do... Hmmmmm... I think they call it talking! Words are your friends South Florida.
