“Fabulous Room and Beautiful Beach”
Positive: Fabulous beach, beautiful room, awesome hotel service (except valet). Great service on the beach with comfortable beach chairs, umbrella and food service. We had a late flight home but after checking out, we were able to still enjoy the beach and pool and the hotel let us access the spa showers to freshen up before going to the airport which was really nice. Negative: Poor Valet Staff. We had a rental car Toyota Yaris and sometimes felt like they judged us as second class citizen compared to the folks who drove Bentley and Ferrari. They asked if we were there for lunch and we had to remind them we were staying at the hotel and wait longer as they attended to those with fancier cars. It was annoying to say the least.
“Amazing experience. Just what we wanted. Better than expected!”
What a fabulous hotel. One of the best. Even better than my recent trip to the West Palm Ritz which was also top notch. You really don't need to leave the hotel. Spa, great pools, amazing beach, total relaxation, nice big rooms, great food. If you do decide to leave the hotel they even have a complimentary house car that will take you anywhere during the day/early evening within 5 miles of the hotel. Great perk.
“Birthday Trip”
Extremely good service, very friendly, went out of their way to accomodate the family.
“Awesome!”
The service is excellent no wonder is a 5 diamonds. Pool and hotel small but excellent. Beach is awesome. All the umbrellas and chairs are included. Across from the hotel there is several shopping malls with a lot os places to eat or shop. I got the cheapest room and it was superb! Highly recommend this hotel!

“Cant wait to go back”
everything about this hotel was awesome except the food!! I was a lil disappointed in the food quality and taste!! But i would def go back !!
“Expensive BUT worth it”
All I can say is taking a 4 day trip to a resort in Miami can be a dangerous experience especially if you choose to stay in the dodgy hotels of South Beach. If you pick wrong, you'll be miserable all weekend. Thankfully, this resort is everything that is beautiful about Miami. Great private beach, waiter service to your beach chair, multiple swimming pools including an adults-only pool, no problems finding empty chairs at the pool, quiet at night, great bathrooms/showers/jacuzzi tubs.... Sure, it's expensive but surrounding hotels are almost as expensive and they aren't nearly as nice. You get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and you'll be glad you did.
“The BEST of the BEST!”
We absolutely loved Acqualina! We went there to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. Our intercoastal view was amazing! We had considered staying in South Beach, and we were so happy that we picked Sunny Isles/Aventura area instead. South Beach was too crowded and loud for us. We loved the Aventura Mall which is very convenient to Acqualina. We are very particular about the decor of the hotels/rooms and we were so impressed. All of the people at Acqualina make you feel very special!
“Can't wait to go back!! :)”
We celebrated our 20th anniversary with a long weekend at Acqualina. While you obviously pay for it, the level of service was amazing. It seemed like a 1 to 1 ratio on staff to guests, (maybe it was just a slow weekend!) The pool areas were beautiful; quiet areas and family areas. Wonderful service with no need to worry about finding a pool lounge chair; very well controlled and secure. Great location, beautiful beach, wonderful beachfront restaurant with private sitting areas to just chill in! The spa was overall very nice. Get the 2 hour ESPA time package! Wonderful! Again, if you are willing to pay the price, this place gives you the service.
“Excellent sejour”
Second sejour a l aqualina , établissement haut de gamme . Personnel attentif , piscines chauffées , très bonne restauration. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement aux personnes recherchant un bel environnement avec un service haut de gamme
