It's OK hotel on the beach, great location,a bit outdated .Very noisy at night, like if walks were paper thin.Another minus is pool water was dirty-so milky u can not see bottom. Cocktails expansive :17 $for mohito, which was so so. Positive:they gave us 4 tickets for free beer or wine drinks . Overall it's ok ,clean but room is tiny.
Hotel was lovely and beach access was superb. Friendly staff and great service at the hotel restaurant and bars. We had a city view room with a king sized bed and loved it. The toilet was kind of weird, it utilizes hand washing water to fill the tank, but it was a cool idea. There are plenty of nice places to eat within walking distance of the hotel and South Beach is walkable.
We were there for our son's high school graduation trip from Alabama as well as celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. We rented his favorite dream car and had a great time driving to the Keys in it! the staff were all wonderful and very hospitable!
"Friendly staff convertible bed and close to beach."
Enjoyed all the friendly and helpful people while in south beach. Hotel staff went over und above to make our stay as nice as possible. Close walking distance to beach, entertainment, shopping and excellent restaurants. The Havanna 1957 restaurant on Espanola Way was soooooooo good!
The restaurants at the hotel also had excellent food!
