Oh boy where should I start... whether you can communicate with the front desk in English depends on which staff is on duty. Some barely understand English and showed little interest in serving customers who don’t speak Spanish while some are equipped with better language skills. The AC was not working since day one and it was never fixed. Whenever I called, I was always told they were working on it. For a week, it was like sauna in my room during afternoon. The noise is REALLY bad. The block is full of bars and they only stopped playing loud music after 3AM. If you are not a DEEP DEEP sleeper, I do not advise to stay here. Housekeeping is barely adequate; they never remembered to replenish shower gels that I emptied. The towels seemed old & should’ve changed years ago. You got a fridge in your room and that’s it. No coffee maker or anything else. Location is good.

Location excellent, we were on the 12th floor so party street noise not a problem AC not working but not too hot and were given a fan. Nice to have a fridge but would have liked a coffee maker.

The hotel itself was great, very clean, very modern, the staff was really attentive and polite. I have just a couple of things I did not like and that was the breakfast buffet that they had, food was old and no very appetizing, second! the noise from outside...!!!! there is a few clubs surrounding the hotel, these clubs are outstandingly noisy, it kept me up three nights in a row so be aware of that.

Roommates are fun.
The staff are great, the rooms are spacious with huge showers, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is centrally located to LGBT nightlife and close to La Reforma so you can have the best of night and day. The Roommate Valentina serves your needs in a simple, non stuffy way. We have found this chain to be dependable as a clean, comfortable, well-situated and affordable option for weekends away.

One of my guests had their laptop and headphones stolen directly from their room before we exited. My guest had checked out and accidentally left both her laptop and headphones in the room, and upon returning a few hours later and letting the hotel know, the equipment was missing. We pleaded with the hotel to support us in figuring out what might have happened, who could have taken it, and they didn't take it seriously and barely helped. They told us they would check the cameras in the morning - but the cameras didn't show anything. This is frankly impossible. My guest is responsible and checked all of her baggage as well as the room - the laptop and headphones were stolen (the laptop was signed into by someone else in CDMX a few hours later) - either by the staff of this hotel or by another guest / a construction worker. If it was the hotel, the fault is obvious. If it was another guest or a construction worker, that means the hotel left the room unlocked and unattended for long enough to allow someone to walk in and out - which also seems unlikely given that the camera did not show anything suspicious. This equipment was over $2,500 in value. I booked this hotel for my wife and my guests after thoroughly reading reviews, and having gone through this experience I strongly advise you look elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels in this area at equivalent prices - this hotel is not safe and they don't treat their guests as they should. Steer clear.

No doubt life is great cause always has something new to surprise everyone, and this time is after being pampered during the three days staying with us, your comment about your computer knowing that never disappear in the hotel. Im not answering this review, Im just writing for the ones that will like to know who we really are, letting them judge by themselves what exactly happened after I recall SIC that last day you claim the computer was not there when it was left. I personally ran the security cameras to see what exactly happened and who entered that room, not seeing any member of the hotel team capable of what was written in the review, no suppositions are involved in this account just facts, kept all images in case any further review of them. Something that really still surprises me is how come all of the sudden everyone of you are so sure that the computer was left at the room when Mrs van Beuren first told us that she needed someone to escort her to the room cause she left her laptop in the safe that she locked, then when she comes back to the lobby asks our front desk agent for her luggage to see if it was there, and seeing that wasent there changes her initial script and told us that she left the door of her safe open and the laptop inside. Is our hotel any close to how so unfairly and unthinkingly is described here?, that’s my only question Fernando Ruiz-Casaux Gnral. Manger

Sadly, I checked out early, because I couldn’t sleep from all the music from dance clubs surrounding the hotel. The music something played to sunrise. I tried to reason with both the hotel staff, to moverme to a quieter room or a “sister” hotel, by the counter staff needed management approval. I understood to consult with management, who don’t work evenings or weekends, but on management didn’t have the curtesy of speaking to me during business hours, or returned my one call or emailed me a response to my request. I phoned hotels.com who couldn’t anything either. The minimum they should have done is refunded me for my unused nights when the own hotel staff acknowledged the high noise level. This is not safe for women.

Hotel is great, especially for gay traveler, being it is in the heat of the gay district. If not gay still a very central location It is a little loud at night with the music from the bars. Didn’t bother us we closed the windows and closed the curtains and cut most off. We also were out dancing when the music was playing so we enjoyed it The staff is very kind, room was spacious and very comfortable. Nice large shower. We will stay there again

Cute, clean, convenient but in noisy area
Hotel itself was great. Cute big room. Beds a little stiff. Overall comfy. One of the desk clerks seemed to hate his job and wasn’t helpful. The other staff were nice. The only thing about this place is the noise level it’s right in the middle of all the bars and night clubs. So if your a senstive sleeper. Bring earbuds or don’t book here. The double windows keep most of the noise out but you can still hear the beat and sometimes the laser lights come through so be sure to draw the curtains. We saw it as a coin toss since it was in a convenience area. Close to a lot of food, coffee, and subway

it is located in front on 2 busy and noisy night club till 3am every night except Sunday night. Even with windows closed, still music vibrations coming to my 8floor level room and all rooms facing street. Never again this hotel.

Nice place but not for a family with children
It was okay. If you want a quiet place, this is not the place for you. It is loud outside all night and every night for partying. The place is located in the prominently gay community, so you will see many places that might not be appropriate for a family.

The room was way bigger than expected, and with a very nice and contemporaneous layout, in the perfect location. Plus, buffet breakfast until noon for a very affordable additional fee. However, what really makes a difference is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, every single one of them. I want to specially mention Edwin, Edgar, and Jenni because theirs are the names I remember, but everyone was great, including the security additional staff at night.
