Everything is great. However, Yasmine was very impatient, rude and unfriendly when I checked in and it made me uncomfortable. Other than that, everything is great.

In general is great. The gym doesn't meet my expectations though. The guest laundry room is very connvient. The room is great. Service is good.

Property is well maintained. Room with good space. Area around property is noisy but not inside hotel, anyhow also somehow unsafe and busy.

Staff wasn’t very accomodating at check in (got charged 2 deposits which they weren’t aware of and had to chase them request for a room change which was denied), shower had very low force, was getting charged for an extra bottle of water and breakfast trays were left with empty scraps by 9:30. Overall it was disappointing and poorly managed.

My mom and I stayed two nights and we really enjoyed our stay, the installations are nice and clean, beds are very comfortable, the food is great and all the staff is very friendly.

Nice hotel, at a good location! Food was excellent and the staff was really nice! One of the bar guys was not wearing his mask properly, during my whole stay. Mask looked dirty…. everything else was excellent

Great hotel overall happy with my stay
Everything was great about the hotel, most of the employees were exceptional. Cleaning people were amazing. Parking attendant and front door people all great. A few of the front desk were not the friendliest, but overall it was a nice stay. Hotel is very accessible for handicap. Hotel food was not good room service and the restaurant, we tried both. I would not recommend the food.

Good property and nice and helpful staff. The property is a bit older, most of it has been updated but they missed a few minor things here and there but over all good property and happy w stay. Only real complaint was the pillows, they were garbage.
