“Excellent hotel”
Great location, very good experience overall
“Great location”
This is a very nice hotel and the location is wonderful if you want to go to the anthropology musuem or similar sites. It's pretty pricey and if we hadn't gotten an Expedia special deal, we wouldn't have stayed there. So we probably won't be back, but it is a good hotel if you can afford it.
“Nice service and great location”
I stayed in Presidente twice, both for business reasons, and always got a great service. From the doorbell to the restaurants in the hotel, people is very kind and willing to help and make you comfortable. The only down I'd say is the car arrival area that frequently gets confusing with cars arriving mixing with cars trying to leave. So if you're getting a taxi or a ride, consider getting to the area 5 to 10 minutes before you actually expect to get in the car. There are many interesting places near the hotel that you can walk. I walked to Bosque de Chapultepec and Museo de Arqueología (10 minutes walk) and found it pretty safe (I live in São Paulo, Brazil, for reference). Ask the Concierge for directions as you need to turn 2 streets to actually get to the Avenue.
“Polanco Intercontinental Hotel THE BEST in Mexico”
It is always a deep pleasure for me to spend some days in Polanco neighborhood in Mexico City and stay in one of the best hotels in the city. Congratulations for remodeling the furniture of the Lobby. Great food at the breakfast at the colorful restaurant. You can say hello to many important business people of the City and politicians...well....if you want. My only suggestion is to remodel the furniture and quality of the beds. Thanks I will always return to this city and stay at Presidente Intercontinental.
