“Very good hotel in Zona Rosa”
i was highly impressed with the hotel service as well with the cleanliness of our room. It was 10 minute cab ride to the zocalo and other interesting historical places. The subway was 3 blocks away which made it really comfortable to move around D.F. The only thing is that is usually used for conferences, so at the lobby there was always people. However, the comfortableness of the hotel impressed me a great deal.
“Extremely value for money”
The location is great, staff are friendly and helpful.great location.reforma2222mall was just behind la angel in dependencia,so is tourist information and turibus which is only125pesos but be aware the turi bus doesnt stop for toilet nor ask people to use toilet during ten minutes stop feel like my bladder will burst.lots of eatery and the nigth life was great.will book the hotel again, plenty of space and not so expensive.staff let us store the luggage after we check out as our flight is not till nght.just one thing they dont hve can opener so u can bring ypur own if you book the suite with kitchen.otherwise they provide basic kitchen utensils, great place.the metro is just around left corner, staff will gve you map of the area.just ask and they will help u,
“Neat Place”
There's a Korean market two doors down when you can buy bottled water,(the whole area has lots of Korean Markets, restaurants and other businesses. Tthe money exchange place on the same block on Liverpool gave the best rates in the Zona Rosa, and there's a little laundry place in that same set of businesses, that does terrific and inexpensive work. I'd stay there again. Great location, just a few blocks up on Chapultapec to the Sevilla Metro station, good inexpensive rotisserie chicken at Gilli Polli, fancy pastries at El Globo Wonderful daily quesadilla stand on Varsones, up to the corner and one block down from the hotel- try the mushroom, nopal, squash blossom flower etc ingredients in their quesadillas and sopes, inexpensive, clean and terrific flavors.
“PF Suites is sweet!”
We traveled to Mexico City, DF to visit family and found PF Suites to fit well within our budget as we needed 2 separate rooms due to the size of our family (5). Each suite had a separate sitting area and small kitchen - all very clean. The kitchen is fitted, but you must request dishes and such if you wish to utilize the kitchen - they are very prompt in bring the required dishes if needed. The bathrooms are very clean and modern and offer a large walk-in shower all in marble. The sleeping areas are clean with very nice linens and very comfy beds. Television with various English channels, and a very efficient air-conditioning system. The surrounding area is very nice if you like walking around - the Zona Rosa is a block away and has many restaurants of various tastes, price and a atmosphere. This are is full of bars and dance clubs as well, for all walks of life an is GLBT friendly as well. Shopping, there are many shops as well as outdoor vendors. Safety - we felt very safe walking around all hours of the night and day and transportation via taxi, bus or on foot is all very easy.
“Great Service, Location and Extremely Clean”
From the moment which I arrived, the service was great. I had my room readily available and ready for me to unwind after a long flight. The room had great down comforters on the bed, the bathroom was extremely clean and the staff was very attentive whenever I needed anything brought to my room. It was definitely a 5 star hotel at a 2 star price! The hotel is located within 3 blocks of the Zona Rosa, which made it very accessible and a relaxing and enjoyable walk. Would highly recommend it. The only disadvantage, is that the beds are a bit firm, I prefer more soft beds, but if a firm mattress is not a disadvantage, than this is the hotel for you. Thank you to the entire staff! P.S. Added one extra night and the hotel honored the lower rate which I had originally paid with Expedia... Above and beyond on the great service! The security guard was very helpful and was very informative!
“good”
good hotel. very clean.
“Comfortable & Clean”
It was quite basic but very comfortable with a nice staff. Would stay there again. There is some street noise, but with air conditioning on, no problem. Very reasonable.
“Nothing fancy, but very functional”
The hotel is located 1 block from the Zona Rosa and very close to Chapultepec, Condesa, Roma, downtown and many other areas where there's alot of touristic activities. The hotel is not a 5 or 4 star hotel but, a solid 3 with very large rooms, small kitchen with a stove, small fridge and even a desk area where business travelers can setup their workstations/laptops. Free internet access with speeds of 1.5 Mbps that's fast enough for most business purposes and 2 bottles of bottled water which I found very nice, considering all hotels charge for that. Even though the hotel is located on a very busy avenue, the rooms are very quiet and couldn't hear any noise from the street. I will definitely return to that hotel every time I visit Mexico City.
“GREAT PLACE! SUPER STAFF!”
I just recently stayed at PF Suites, & at first the taxi driver drove me in front of PF Plaza Florencia (which I only found out later that its a sister property)so I walked around the corner (not too far of a walk at all) to get to the Suites.....so make sure you highlight that point to the driver. The check in was easy and friendly! Got switched to a room with a King size bed (by preference), & as soon as the elevator doors opened on my floor, I knew this was a good catch! Walked into my room & I was amazed at the cleanliness and modern look the room had. The pictures on here (Expedia) are very correct about the rooms that you're looking at. There is no gym at the suites, but you can use the one that its at the sister property Florencia, right around the corner. The only couple things that I would have to say that this property has to improve on, is their internet connection (that was a bit of a struggle)...& the extremely tasteless watered down orange liquid (supposedly orange juice) that they serve at breakfast. They have a small but quaint business centre that can be used for guests. At the front desk you will find (if you are lucky) FABIOLA!! Fabiola is the most wonderfull, helpfull, genuine, kind hearted person you will meet there! She helped me out so much and took so much care when dealing with my internet issues, she is precious! THANK YOU FABIOLA & ALEJANDRA at the restaurant! Overall, a faboulous hidden treasure of a hotel, and cant wait to go back!!!!!
“This is a great deal”
Very comfortable friendly hotel. Staff were really helpfull and polite. The rooms are well designed with a separate sitting / dining area. The beds are a bit hard which can be a problem if you have back problems. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The continental breakfast is good but simple. This is a no nonsense hotel, no pretences or snobery. The area is not the best, but safe and close to the main road Reforma. Well worth a stay at this hotel.
