““very convenient and reasonable””

While checking in -around 6:30pm- the front desk personal informed us that there was a major water leak (the entire Hotel had ran out of water) and so that we had to wait until 8:30pm in other for us to be able to take a shower… very inconvenient considering our meeting before that time… we gave them the idea of asking the “Sport World” GYM which is on the same mall to let us use the wet area… they Hotel acceded to try our suggestion and fortunately the GYM did as well.So the Hotel managed to compliment us and at the end we were all happy for we even got to know and use the facilities of that Sport Club.
