The room was extremly cold and when I setup the thermostat to heating, it didn't work and just made it worst. When I reported this to the hotel staff, they told me that indeed they did not have heating and so there was nothing that could be done. They offered a portable heater but it was never delivered to our room.

El Hotel NH Valle Dorado esta muy bien - los cuartos estan amplio, limpio, y bien equipado. El lugar dentro CityShops es muy conviente, y el restaurante siempre tiene un buen chef, y opciones interesante. Recomiendo altamente este hotel.

El check-in es distinto a el resto de los hoteles NH, el procedimiento es discriminatorio, ya que la persona en recepcion decide a quienes si les pide documentos y a quienes no. No se respeta la privacidad de los menores. Dejo de tener el trato amable y familiar que anteriormente tenia el personal.

We stayed Wednrsday through Saturday. And then travelked elsewhere and returrned on Sunday for2 nights. During the first stay i developed a itchy rash on body parts not covered by pajamas that i subsequently investigated the source as bedbugs. Other than this the hotel is comfortable. The breakfast was good. I received a room upgrade during the first stay due to member gold priviledge. I didnt request. The second 2 day stay i didnt request either but wasnt given the upgraded room even though i know it was available

My stay was awesome. The room service, reception desk and the house keeping staff were all very warm, welcoming and professional. I travelled alone and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay than NH Mexico City Valle Dorado. I’m very happy that I choose this place for my stay. Very difficult to find, no signage to where to find it from out front. Beds very hard and was given bare minimum of amenities, had a coffee machine but no coffee to put in or glasses. Fridge unplugged did not know had food in for a day which made it smell, no complimentary water at all. Disappointing. Advertised airport shuttle but not the case

Llegué al lobby por suerte! Pero valió la pena
El hotel está muy bien, pero falta señalización para llegar al lobby, el cual está en un tercer nivel al que tienes que subir por medio de escaleras eléctricas, con la esperanza que allí esté. Era medianoche y estaban usando un martillo neumático muy ruidoso para reparaciones, tuve que pedir cambio de habitación para poder dormir. El hotel está en magníficas condiciones, el Staff muy amable, en general buen value, pero deben de cuidar ese tipo de detalles.

Bueno con algunas inconveniencias
La atención buena pero no hay botellas de agua en la habitación ni un lugar cerca donde podamos comprar no puede ser que no te proporcionen agua cuando tienes necesidad de quizás tomar un medicamento y vienes llegando de un vuelo a las 12:00am teniendo que pedir un taxi para poder ir a comprar

Safety at the shower area is a concern and the staff did not pay attention to this. The floor ends up really slippery, my sister had a bad injury because there is not even a handler to prevent accidents while showering.

Good location, the mall where the hotel is located has a lot of places for shopping; pharmacy, restaurants, movie theater, etc. Unfortunately the hotel even though it was clean and has very comfortable rooms, the bathrooms locked key safety features. The showers have no safety bars and the floors are extremely slippery. I suffered a fall and as a consequence I am in extreme pain. When I reported the accident the response of the staff was not very professional and sadly somehow was somehow almost mocking response to my pain. It wasn’t until 2 days after the fall that a shower mat was delivered to my room. Nobody contacted me to make sure I was ok even though they knew I was hurt and in a lot of pain. Has this had happen in any hotel within the United States they would’ve make sure their guest was taken care of, received medical attention and was ok. Not going back there. I can’t understand how is it possible that a hotel from such a big chain of hotels locks safety bars in the showers. My flight back was a nightmare because I was in so much pain, the remainder of my vacation was ruined because of my fall and yet they thought it was a laughing matter. No manager was onsite, I wrote a letter and I am yet to hear from them. If you are planning to go there I suggest you bring your own shower mat or use one of the towels on the floor. We had 3 rooms reserved and I told my other guests to use the towels to avoid the slippery floors.
