“Great Place”
We enjoyed our stay there - great people, friendly service, good food from the room service menu, comfortable rooms
“Check out the spa, and really good room service too”
They have a great gym, pool, steam/sauna and massage. It's definitely worth taking a look on the 9th floor. Also room service is excellent and great value.
“Great Hotel but have to use transportation to get around.”
VIP lounge is great and the restaurants were top notch also
“Great Hotel”
I have been to Mexico City many times and this was the nicest hotel we have stayed at. It was almost perfect. The only thing we didn't like was the rock hard matress. Other than that.... it was great!
“Very nice”
Simply an excellent hotel. Probably the best in Mexico City.
“great service, very clean”
the service was excellent,we enjoyed our stay
“A HAVEN OF COMFORT AND QUIET IN A CRAZY CITY”
GRAN MELIA IS A GEN 5 STAR HOTEL. THE DEAL WE HAD THROUGH EXPEDIA WAS EXCEPTIONAL. ALTHOUGH BIG ON BUSINESS EVENTS, CONFERENCES ETC, WE AS TOURISTS VISITING OUR DAUGHTER WERE VERY WELL CARED FOR. WE MADE REGULAR USE OF THE RESTAURANT FOR BREAKFASTS, AND USED THE POOL EVERY DAY. THE ROOM WAS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS, BUT IT DID TAKE A FEW DAYS TO GET USED TO THE SCENIC ELEVATOR UP TO THE 17TH FLOOR! IT WAS VERY REASSURING WHEN WE WENT ON SOME SIGHTSEEING TRIPS TO GET IN A SPECIAL TAXI WE KNEW TO BE SAFE. THE DOORMEN WERE GREAT!
“Can't wait to go back.”
Nice place to stay. Very good location. Good restaurant. Friendly staff. Hotel taxi very attentive. It was one of mine best vacation. Will definetly go back to that same hotel. We really enjoy christmas and new year. When we arrive we was like dessapointed with the city but after communicating with the taxi driver and the hotel staff we realy find nice things to do which have make our stay very pleasant. We will highly recommend this hotel.
“Superb”
Found hotel very relaxing and extremely comfortable experience after long and frustrating journey, would definately recommend to any traveller visiiting Mexico City. Loved it
