Super friendly and professional staff. The hotel was clean and they were really quick with the check in/out process. Loved location since close to airport and shuttle service. This will be our go to hotel. Thank you staff keep up the excellent service!

It’s a nice concept, but the water in the shower never got hot. I left It on for a while, I waited and finally took a cold shower. Also the water pressure in that shower was a trickle. And IDK who that it would be a good idea to put a wooden floor in a shower, but it doesn’t work. It’s all warped… All in all the room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m just sleeping here for a few hours.

The bathroom light is motion sensor and it's not above the toilet so it will go off within 15-20 seconds unless you wave your arm all the way by the door. Beds are very comfortable though

The building and rooms are fine. However it’s located right next to the very busy elevated highway. Extremely loud. We had to ask to be relocated to another room. The desk staff is not too sharp. So they moved us to another busy street. I had to then demand we have an inner courtyard room. That room was very nice but overlooked a shabby courtyard and the surrounding area is loud, heavy traffic, dirty and unpleasant. We just stayed for 1 night as we were flying from Mexico airport early the next morning.

The hotel was clean was nice but customer service at the front desk with bad she had a bad attitude and at night there was a lot of noise we could hear a dog barking would you hear people working in the hotel and there was no hot water at all

I like the place a lot and the shuttle to the airport is a plus. I would stay there again. At night outside is different but Paseo Reforma is half hour away and Ubers are a cheap way to travel. Stuff are friendly and helpful

The staff was more than accommodating, excellent service but the problem was the air conditioning not working properly. The room was terribly hot we had to open a window to help. Other than that the place was clean and staff was friendly

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and they offered transportation. Everything was fine, check in was easy but at around 4 am in one of the rooms we booked our a/c broke and it was so hot. At around 6 am the other room we had booked also started having ac issues and both rooms were hot. The staff said they would just send maintenance but that was already after the following morning when we had already checked out. We came down to the lobby early to try and cool down but they only have 2 couches to sit on.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very modern and the beds were comfortable. The floor in the room and bathroom could have been cleaner--hair in bathroom, dirt in corner, crumbs on floor.

The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working, it took an hour for someone to come only to tell me that this happens sometimes in that room. They shouldn’t rent it! I had a 4 am departure and I had to change rooms late at night. Also sound carries through the walls and there was a noisy bunch of people in the lobby late at night.

This hotel is prime for any activity happening at the Grand Prix track. Walking distance and you don’t have to deal with taxi/uber. Main thing is come prepared with noise cancelling ear plugs! It gets real noisy and the sound proof rooms means you just can’t hear your neighbor. The noise outside is atrocious but definitely worth dealing with that instead of transportation away from the track

We had a very brief overnight stay before flying out very early in the morning. It was great that we had an included airport shuttle that ran 24 hours. Also, we arrived on a Sunday night and were grateful for the good restaurant on the premises as all others in the area were closed.
