“Another Four Seasons success story”
Very short stay (2 days) but enough to sit at the bar and have a Tamarind Margarita, have a massage and tour around the "Centro Historico". Margarita was fabulous. Had a great massage, ask for one of the full time therapists and you'll have a great experience-try the pre-hispanic. Dinner was great at the restaurant and breakfast was a yummy way to get into the day before touring around the city on the Turibus-very fun!
“Four Seasons Mexico”
This is a great hotel with an excelente service and staff.
“Impeccable”
Impeccable service, gives the impression you are the only guest. I highly recommend the Spa, great variety of relaxing massages and the Sunday Brunch a delight with a huge variety of dishes. The cabs are extremely expensive; make sure you know the cost before hand.
“Luxurious Haven in Mexico City”
My two sons (11 &14) and I had an unexpected two day lay-over in Mexico City and I booked two nights at the Four Seasons from the airport. The service is top-notch and the hotel is right next to Chapultepec park, with all of its museums and sites. The National Palace is a cab ride away ($20). Mexico City has 25 million people and 5 million cars and it is nice to have a luxurious haven to retreat to after running around the city. A+.
“Amazing!”
The hotel could not have been more beautiful and the staff was fantastic!
“Will be back soon !”
The hotel was outstanding, service was just at your fingertips. Safety was one of my concerns but at least inside the hotel I felt just like home. The area: Paseo de La Reforma was a great plus since I didn't need to use any public or private transportation, there are a lot of attractions all around. Museums, parks, shopping areas etc. My stay was for only a few days but I did enjoy it a lot. I might go back on Spring and without a doubt will use the same hotel.
“Elegant Hotel”
This was my second stay at a Four Season Hotel and the quality remains consistent. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed with large windows opening out to the courtyard with its fountain and flora. The Concierge service was very helpful whether arranging a private tour of Teotihuacan or recommending a local Chinese restaurant. The Bar/Lounge was a welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing, even though the wine ran ~$18 USD per glass. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the hotel charges for Internet use. And the charge is ~$22 per day - rather steep considering the price already paid for the room. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again in a Four Seasons Hotel.
“Oasis in Mexico City”
Fantastic hotel -- and amazing service. Attentive, friendly -- very posh, but not too pretentious...and the pool on the 3rd floor is a hidden gem.
“Oasis in City -Close to museums”
Great hotel, service. Room a good deal with Expedia and courtyard Bar and restaurant lovely to relax in . 15 mins walk to museums.
“Just the best”
I stayed 4 nights at the Four Seasons and had the best time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Close to the park and easy walking distance to Zona Rosa shops. The food was great. The bed was so comfy. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed. I would go back in a heart beat.
