Air conditioner started making bad noises around 3am, turned off and could hear next door's one. Looks like a poor a/c maintenance. Could go back to sleep until 5am, terrible

I liked that there are several dining options nearby. The rooms need better cleaning. The sheets and duvet were never changed during my stay (6 nights) even though I specifically requested. The floor was visibly dirty (hair, crumbs). Towels are old, stained, and scarce.

This property needs bathrooms upgrade. Needs in room refrigerator. This property has a onsite restaurant but doesn’t have a English Menu. Staff speaks little English so it’s very hard to order food.

Great hotel for the price
It was a nice hotel especially for the price. Didnt eat there as there were some great restaurants close by. Taking the elevator up to the lobby was odd haha

Slow WiFi, uncomfortable sleep
Sleep was bad, WiFi was slow. The hotel looks great. Really big open layout, impressive. It's strange because with a hotel this nice you don't expect the WiFi to be really bad. The WiFi was slow and disconnected frequently. The bed was horrible. The mattress was too soft, or too worn out. The pillows were terrible, they couldn't carry any weight what so ever. I lay my head down and the pillow puffed up around my head and my head sunk to the mattress. Stacking 2 pillows didn't help. I woke up sore after the first night and had to sleep on the floor the rest of my stay. The rest of the hotel is very inviting, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the rest of my stay.

I like the property and the amenities, especially the view. The only thing I didn't like was the shower's architectural design since water kept getting out even when I close the shower door. Everything else was ok.

Very nice business hotel.
Hotel staff is very pleasant and attentive. Man commits personnel is frequently present address your problems on the spot. A major area that needs Improvement is the bottom of the door of the shower. The door seals poorly allowing water to go all over the bathroom floor. Coffee maker is placed under the sync which it makes it difficult 4 person such as myself with a bad back 2 retrieve it. Also it would be nice to have two packages of coffee to have that much needed second cup in the morning.

Problems problems and more problems.
They would not recognice my reservation that was paid upfront thru expedia and made me pay again at the hotel. They wouldnt let me in the room even thou all my stuff was inside. They told me they would arrange the matter during my stay, the entire week passed by and Im still waiting for my reimbustment. Service and problem solution is terrible, even when they were the ones that created the problem they did not care affecting the client.

Nice Weekend Stay
Nice hotel with good food. Hotel has it's own cab drivers so that was nice. Other than that, did not venture out in the surroundings. Was here for a family birthday. Not sure what's near by but things seemed to be close.
