At both terminals 1 & 2 the hotel has an office and will help with luggage. Terminal 2 actually checked us into our room with key and all which was a big bonus as the queue for check-in at the hotel was very long the second time we stayed.
I wasn't over impressed with the Mexican restaurant, but maybe there is another one somewhere. We did not have the time or energy to investigate.
